Does that mean, if we stay up. Your predictions are also lucky?
-
How can we believe you though?
-
Lambert is functional against bottom half teams? Despite dominating Ferdinand and vidic, scoring and setting one up against them Score and created against kompany and co. Just admit, you are wrong about lambert and he is very much premier league class Even yesterday, he had a quiet game. Still hit the bar and sent a good ball that set up the first goal. He is always a complete handful for any CB too
-
Quite right too. We have been far too open and Newcastle are very much a long ball team. Clyne and shaw helped out the CB much more by challenging the knock downs. I also liked the no nonsense whacking the ball up the pitch/out of play where required We can't have galloping full backs providing 10 assists each this season as we would get murdered and have been by the counter attack/pace
-
What about NC and/or Reed picking the team?
-
If this is not true Turkish. What else have you posted that is not true?
-
Derry. I think everyone agrees it was onside when the ball was played but you. Matters not as we won but really odd how you seem to be the only one to have not seen it I watched the sky feed and they paused the replay. Put a line across the pitch and he was onside. Either way. We won

When is MOTD2 on iplayer?
-
...next up Norwich... then LIVERPOOL!!
Thedelldays replied to SaintJackoInHurworth's topic in The Saints
Lets be honest. We won't win at Liverpool. Probably lose as they have found a touch of form and have Suarez and will be at home It won't matter so much if we get 4 points from the Norwich/reading games -
Is it a fact that GULY has this in his contract?
-
I will gladly be proven wrong. But if we don't stay up. Can I say I told you so? Or is that not allowed?
-
Long way to go for him. But Sturridge getting called up constantly is rather hilarious. Doesn't start and never looks like scoring
-
Agree. Just be interesting to see from now on of they carry on like this. No doubt they will be over looked. Hope not. Lallana has more skill in his left foot than shelvey will ever have
-
There were so many really bad decisions. Some we got but mostly against us Those throw ins at the end just summed it up
-
Lallana has transformed his game in the last few weeks. Instead of going walkabout he has leaned how to defend the wings better Watching his skill going forward, it is such a mockery that (for example) jonjo shelvey is a shoe-in for England squads, yet Adam is not. He is really stepping up now after looking lost in the first 7 games or so Then cork just looks brilliant. The work of ball winner England do not have. If they carry on like this. How much longer will they get ignored?
-
Didn't cork play in every league game last season? Cracking player. Neat and tidy. Sits in the middle of the park. Loads of energy, wins the ball and quickly passes it on.
-
If of course, that is remotely true
-
Going to get worse. Reading and more so, Sunderland at home in the build up to Xmas
-
watching the stream...it was pretty relentless from us to be honest....they had 5 mins here and a couple of good chances..but we could have had 5 and that would not had flattered us
-
antonio has unfinished business here...FACT
-
yeah...agree with what you meant..I should have added previously...
-
we really dont need any more attackers IMO definitely a CB and a good one...and maybe a LB...but shaw looks really good
-
points of note.. good performance, great fans yet again, played their part in helping us all to a clean sheet could have scored more we are now progressing well after a steep learning curve players are maturing to this league game by game and you can see it will analyse the game to see if it was better than last week good momentum building now carried on from last week and even from the week before against swansea looked very solid as a team offensively we looked outstanding confidence with the players has been there all season we just had to learn this league and we are starting to Rodriguez, felt onside at the time for the disallowed goal. we also could have had a penalty their keeper had to make some fine saves clean sheet was good for the team as the players have worked so hard in training for this we have played well in many games this season but have been punished for mistakes
-
why would you be happy with a wrong decision against your team....if we go down by 1 goal, would you still be happy..? really odd rather just saying "oh ok, I have not seen the replays so will have a look later"
-
with a modet goal swing, we could go above newcastle this week....probably wont but it is very possible
