spurs, west ham, pompey for a start
-
errm....who are they playing this weekend..?
-
That sounds like a brilliant idea
-
Mckuskies on a Sunday night. Everyone under age it was then
-
You don't get it as you are completely biased as a saints fan
-
Well. QPR are certainties for the drop. Seeing as arry is no here near as good as Nigel. Or sometjing
-
it looks better as gazza has played (and in QPR, played very poorly) against the other two worst teams in the league...had boruc been in, he would have done the same at the very very least IMO if gazza plays, it is like waiting for his 'in game' howler.....with keepers, it will cost you goals..as he has done in the last two games...I have not seen him make a save that any other ordinary keeper wouldnt make...yet he is very good for a massive howler
-
British..simple as that. I really do wonder when people moan about how hard they have it in this country...when in reality, we all have it pretty fuking good
-
amazing how you can judge boruc after two games...against far better sides than villa and QPR
-
it was all set up to beat swansea...with all their injuries to their back line... but gazza threw the game for us.....I hope he is dropped on sunday
-
our decent performances with him in goal have also been against the other 2 teams in the bottom 3... boruc was in goal against top 6-8 teams.......when gazza faced everton..we were soundly beaten and he (again) fluffed a goal
-
ben arfa and cisse are also doubts on sunday....never will there be a better time to play them at home
-
The Swansea game was very disappointing Gazza was again poor (which he is most games) We should have been at least 2 up before they scored but we hardly worked their reserve keeper
-
either way...teams have come up..spent no where near what we have..had smaller squads and managers YOU would laugh at if suggested they came in for nigel have stayed up first time of asking..... we on the other hand...have set a record and not a good one...
-
this thread is easily one of the worst I have ever seen......FACT
-
gazza was terrible on saturday IMO..... you are right..he cant stop clyne slipping over..what he can do, was he could have stopped setting us up to get murdered against team slightly better than the bottom 3... no point going over the past as we dont agree..you think we are amazing, I think we are pretty terrible... lets hope the next 4 games see us get at least 7 points
-
well, we have too....winning against the other two teams in the bottom 3 is no where near good enough to hope to stay up I think we can do it...but I would not be surprised if adkins is gone in the next month..going from the previous load of games we have had....way way too many mistakes that will cost us big...the next month is f-ing huge...IMO, we have the players to pull away...deffo..so IMO, it is on the manager to provide that
-
haha, good point...he did, get a poor skates team to an fa cup final..
-
when I say poor..yes, on the day, they were poor.. just like fulham were actually, utterly terrible...on the day...you have to take your chances..at home to get points when team are they poor on the day...we never..other teams seem to. we are going to have to take points..IE, win against some of the big boys if we are to have a chance of staying up..simple as that really
-
but compared to norwich, swansea, wigan, reading, villa etc...we have spent an f-ing fortune.....really have...yet we are so bad
-
im glad you are over it...we were poor against a poor spurs team...an utterly dreadful fulham team...the results dont lie..we have been one of the worst teams at this point in prem history......a fact, the goals against says that we have one of the worst defences in premier league history..but no, no one ever could do better I think swindon and derby in the last 20 years have had less points than us at this stage (and QPR of course)......does not look good, does it
-
funny that, suits the "nigel is doing really well, honest" point of view... I would guess that the teams replacing those that went down are worse...two of them anyway..1 of which, holds a record for goals against
-
I would argue that man u, man city, spurs etc are not as good as last season...liverpool are no better, neither are newcastle... I reckon the number of points to stay up would do well to be higher than last season too
