IMO..if we were to remain in the prem...I would say 38-40k would be just about right in terms of expansion

I do agree...IMO when you first come up, games against man city, arsenal and UTD are "free hits" just a shame we will have to look at the table like that and have everyone tell us we are crap, wasted all our money and are going down etc

its a very interesting debate........when lowe had the chance with what he had to make a difference, he got THAT wrong so many times. Gray, Wiggly for example...that did not require £50m to find out. as for NC...well I don't think he has put any of his personal wealth in. but what he has done (and that is not up for dispute imo) was brought Markus to the club and pushed us to where we are now......would you think of what we knew of lowe, we he have pushed the club to back to back promotions and brought in a multi billionaire etc..? I think NOT....BUT, to ignore the good that lowe did is also silly..just a shame the idiotic decisions he made completely ruin he legacy

I agree....you can't argue with NC if he has said to adkins... "right, you have been backed more than any manager at this club has ever got, you have upgrades in nearly all positions..now, I don't expect us to be going into the last few games with the real threat of relegation" adkins has been backed big time......and he is smart enough to get it right IMO just hope people have a little patience as the next two games are incredibly tough

i absolutely ecstatic........the best set of transfers in my saints supporting life (too young to remember anything about keegan) not only did we keep our best players..we added absolute quality. I know people wanted a LB and maybe a keeper but that would literally mean a whole new team...which was never ever going to happen one thing, adkins has been backed massively and NC and the club pulled off a cracker I still think we will be bottom after 4 games with 0 points..but after that...we simply have to pick up points
