I have never met a student that did not enjoy themselves whilst studying.. not a bad lifestyle..even more so now you dont have to pay a penny up front

so..people will be able to go to uni..learn, get laid, get drunk, get a degree.... not pay a penny up front...and pay back small amounts per month when they earn a decent wage and that is a bad deal..? opens the door for more people to get educated...surely..?
