people believe now that the best idea (with healthy food) is to have about 5-6 smaller meals a day.....definitely a breakfast but have some fruit about 10am, a nice lunch, another bit of fruit about 4pm and a nice healthy meal... easier said than done I guess....but keeps your metabolism going or something I like a plate of roasted veg....very nice

how can they get involved in property dealings away from football.....when the owner dips into his own pocket to buy someone else a 'gift'
-
they were talking about this FFP rule on 5live the other week....lets say it stops sponsorships etc.....how can it stop say, someone at man city...getting in a top player and well within the FFP but separately, the owners buys said player a £1m property....etc how can you stop that..?

my current boss does the 5:2 diet...and it seems to work for him
-
then why did we (the owners) have to write off £33m loss..?

can see this game being a write off....a few days after the villa game and we play everton at home after..... then again, the everton home game is on a monday night -
Argentina upping the ante on the Falklands....

their obsession with the falklands is really weird. my mate worked over there for a bit last year and they are staunch brit supporters...i think this will be a 100% vote to stay as is (in march) by them -
gazza is their favourite...despite being no where near good enough
-
and how many times have everton got into europe...let alone the CL.. they have a msaaive wage bill by the way...which will no doubt dwarf ours
-
as kraken said...if financial fair play was in place a few years ago...we probably wont be in the prem we had a man city advantage over everyone else in league 1...that was not a problem for any of us...we even managed to spend in the NPC with no parachute payments.....we have even taken out a loan in order to do what ever this season.......... saints in the CL is not going to happen any time soon in the near, medium or long term future
-
there is no other way to go about it...look at the money spurs have spent over many years to be a challenger for 4th
-
I will find it utterly incredible if anyone thinks we are going for the CL any time soon..whilst sat 1 place above relegation on goal difference and below very bad teams like villa and sunderland
-
to aim for the champions league seriously will result in saints being in serious financial health... unless you want to aim like rupert lowe aimed by hiring a legaue 1 manager and signing neil mccann..?
-
the idea of saints playing in the CL is just daft...I know wes etc think it is possible...but it isnt WITHOUT seriously putting the club at risk

its well known that his missus has been looking around west london for flats/houses...he is on the move this month plenty so called ITKs reckon he is spurs bound would be an utterly incredible signing for QPR...but I just cant see him going to a team bottom of the prem..he is miles better than that -
its so annoying when you look back... lowe had the biggest opportunity to do something with a club our size that was not really done in the prem around then...we really could have pushed on and be something like everton are now....maybe even spurs (pushing it I guess) we had the core of a bloody good team which just need 2-3 quality additions to cement a top 8+ spot for us...it was right there
-
ah...right, thought they were going on about money needed to pay off debts etc
-
everton said they had no money last january and signed jelevic...didnt they?
-
or perhaps...as adkins say, he is just not injured
-
after the everton game...I was sure we cant play them both away from home at times.... we dont have to either...
-
gazza is not injured is he...? just no where near the first team for league games it seems.... http://www.physioroom.com/news/english_premier_league/epl_injury_table.php

if you are a gamer...go for a decent windows laptop.. if you (like me) only play football manager and use your machine for web/streaming/office and powerpoint...i would recommend paying the extra for a mac any day of the week they are just miles better than a windows machine for my use....
