at the end of the day..no matter who wins...they will become unpopular and have to make real harsh choices.. im sure I heard on question time the other week that AFTER the election 'real term spending' will have to be cut by around 25% (or something like that) with certain budgets apparently 'ring fenced'..that leaves some very hard and unpopular choices to be made...

anything with george galloway is a no go for me...

No..I dont think it was much of an issue...A shock, yes..and big issue, NO...I was just pointing it out in my original point.. before I was told I was wrong blah blah blah

but...seeing as we are (or already have done) handing more powers to europe..we may well HAVE to call it what they tell us to.. it is all part (so some say) of the restructuring of europe...the powers in brussells dont see us a England, Scotland, N.Ireland and wales...europe is (or will be) divided up into districts and/or assembleys..with the south of england being in the same part as the north of france..(cant remember the name) and they see the english channel as a water way in one block of land... so I read on the interweb anyway..
