I think you do pardew a massive injustice...

no...but pardew said himself that we were going to be bringing in players.. even then...with pardew telling us this was the only situation he would have dropped to league 1..it was insulting to think that the best we could achieve would be 19th... on par with the ambitions or wycombe, gillingham, tranmere (who had john barnes)....even without splashing the cash it would be insulting to pardews abilities to think scraping safety would be about it....

no shyt... and plenty of short memories...some (and you know who) are very quick to call others negative etc, yet those others were far more optimistic around aug/sept when the best we could hope for was 19th....apparently

im not sure it does..but people are going to have to accept that others will make comments without having seem the team play.. this has happened since the dawn of Association Football....why it is a surprise and a cause for spitefulness is beyond me...

interesting post...I wonder how ML/NC would be viewed if they moved pardew on... even if we dont go up...we should be strong in the second half of the season IMO...top 3-4 form if you ask me

lallana did for the first bunch of games....and plays in a far more advanced position.. 12 goals is a very good return so far mind..

he has 5 assists...less than james..which itself is a not that good BUT he has scored 12 goals this season...

that would be 4-5-1.. what about if we sign another striker, say jackson...where would he fit in..? personally..I think lallana has not dominated a great deal of games considering his talent..

why do people get so personal for no reason over an opinion over football...?

in the same team.. sure we can go on runs and beat teams made up of frees and utter crap players...but to beat the best (in league 1) and ultimately get up and out of this league.... could that team that does it accomodate Lallana AND Morgan..? the reason I pick these two out as lower down the leagues you need Power and/or pace.....neither have this and are probably more on the "luxury" side of the game..

maybe.. but colchester did not have a really settled set up.....new manager loss of players etc....no money what so ever... am a tad let down that that after all we have, the money spent and the manager we have...we still cant say we are as good as colchester...
