Should we rest all the key players in the FAC?
Thedelldays replied to View From The Top's topic in The Saints
are you some sort of scientist..? -
7 assists from a (for arguements sake) full back in league 1 so for is pretty good IMO how does that compare to harding..?
-
how many assists does james have...?
-
what GS is on about is looking at swindon and colchester in that you DONT need to spend money to be bloody good in this league..whilst we are throwing around the cash they lose their players, manager etc and are STILL up there...with managers we would have laughed at or dismissed this summer if they were linked with us... I know we will get there but that is his point

rest the lot against Luton...Thought we should have against Northampton Lambert, Harding and co need a break IMO..Mentally more than physically -
we are doing well...but not fantastic.. sure we have strung a few runs together..but when a team like saints (with what we have in league 1) goes up against exeter we SHOULD be winning.. our form against the boys at the top worries me..as I want us to be better than them
-
why do we have to have these threads/points after every defeat..? of course we will lose games...im sure we will lose a couple more yet.. ffs, time to move on from saying we are luckyto have a club..as the club itself has ffs
-
pretty deflated after that..from what it sounded on the radio we only looked good when we had 2 strikers up front..which leads me to believe pardew got it wrong in the 1st half we have to do better against the teams in the top 6...simple as that

Would signings in January strengthen the team or upset the balance?

Why do you think the slightly older folk migrated to the Itchen North.. Northam got "sh1t"
-
No. Not going tomorrow as I have been working over this holiday period and working tomorrow day. Have been to plenty of away games. Even home games are really away games for me. And it is not "my fabled Milton" it was a cracking stand to watch football from and have a cracking laugh even the Archers when it was seating was good.... Hell, the Northam when SMS first opened when there was far less yoof there was a good laugh now, generally it makes you cringe
-
Unless we go up this season. Morgan probably won't be here soon after
-
I know how many sings are sung at games. I was not being specific. The atmosphere is very limited and original from the Northam not even close to being anything like the Milton was. But generally the same handful of songs gets churned out (badly) whilst a bunch of teenagers (who think they are nails) bang the back board to quickly if we are lucky, we might get treated to " we're the northam over here" exciting !!!!!
-
Agreed dune some of the complete brain dead kids in the Northam think they rule the place I have been all over the country (and others) watching saints in various leagues stood in the Milton in my time (what they would have been in the family centre) I used to go to the northam when SMS first opened and really enjoyed it now I just cringe when I see the yooof band the back boards to (generally) the same 4 songs and give out a many nescafe hand shake gestures to the away fans as possible
