I took over QPR about 3 seasons in to the game with about 20 games of the season to go and took them from 20th to 16th and saved them. Second season, signed literally 2/3 players and managed to finish 7th after being top 4 all season but fell away. 3rd season, signed another 2/3 players and ended up resigning 25 games in with the team bottom of the table and a couple of wins. All of this whilst playing a simple 4-4-1-1 formation. Worked wonders for first 2 seasons then just didn't work. Stupidly infuriating!
