  1. In which case, surely HMRC could seize the ground and sell it? Couldn't they?
  2. Why would he need to buy it? I thought he owned it because his loan to the club was secured against the ground? In which case he owns it now. He doesn't need to buy it.
  3. That's a good enough reason Keith!
  4. You're not Harry's dad are you?
  5. They have land/ground and the majority of debt that is not to HMRC is to the owners - previous and current. Close it down, sell the ground and HMRC gets a large proportion of their money...
  6. I think HMRC want to wind them up because they will get their money before any of the directors. Issuing a winding up petition is the only way HMRC can make itself a preferred creditor as I understand such things!
  7. Stop trolling. It isn't big or clever.
  8. The problem is that the Administrator has to see a potential future for the business and running up more debts in wages etc is not an option when the future income does not meet current, let alone future costs!
  9. They won't go into admin, they are simply not a viable proposition. No players, no fans, no assets bar the ground... They will be wound up, I'm afraid.
  10. No, that bloke has no money, he runs a pyramid selling company. You couldn't make it up. Their very own Falko...
  11. Post of the season.
  12. POMPEY TRANSFER PLEA TURNED DOWN. Cheerio cheating crooks.
  13. Then we need him back in goal. Is it coincidence that our flat spot has come with the reintroduction of Kelvin? We have seen managers make this mistake before.
  14. Cut the love in. This is a football forum not match.com
  15. I think we should go on % to be equitable then.
  16. Wes, the reason Cattermole needs a month is because he needs to win two fecking rollover lotteries to buy the skates. The guy is a joke. If he can buy Pompey so can I...
  17. We'll see, I think Fonte could turn out to be inconsistent yet...
  18. Fifteen thousand posts?? Fecking hell. It has dwarved their average gate now.
  19. He is. Fonte might be better one day soon, just not yet.
  20. Well so far they've sat back and allowed owners with a strong rumoured history of human rights violations and gun-running. Wonder how many of our boys are being blown up by Premiership funded landmines this week?
  21. No, football watchers agree. What he lacks in pace he makes up for in brains. It wasn't Perry being done for pace against the skates, it was Dan Harding and his ball watching. Something Perry is too good to do.
  22. This is the latest bloke who apparently wants to buy them... "The Securities Commission, in March, “banned advertising for the scheme because it does not comply with the law. To be offered in New Zealand the scheme must have a registered prospectus and an investment statement. These documents are not available,” it says. http://www.goodreturns.co.nz/article/976488236/endeavour-ignores-securities-commission.html When, when, when will the FA and Premier League front up???? Pompey has become a cesspit of villainy. Now just shut the feckers down.
  23. He reads the game better than anyone else in our team, by miles! And yes, he is better than Fonte right now. I would play him every week without fail, first name on the team sheet.
  24. I think Plastics should just have the fecking decency to hold back.
