The only way to compare managers fairly is win ratio. Where they ply their trade is bloody irrelevant frankly - unless you could have some kind of algorithm that takes their respective resources into account. The bloke who wins the Blue Square probably does so on average wages of £1500 and the bloke who wins the Champions League does so on wages of £150k so the only true barometer is to see how often they win. It's no harder to win the Premiership than my local Scout's league, all things being equal. If the Scouts were to win the Premiership on the other hand...

I agree, the board were the cause, but they employed a DUTCH DUO (hello those of you sainting Wotte) and they caused us to LOSE FOOTBALL MATCHES - and lots of them.
