Tbh I don't think your in any position to make suggestions you boring pedantic ****, your not in the kids library now. Your a well known wum, negative and have single handedly delivered more drivel put together than any other ever has

****ing hell it's getting worse on here !! Top of the league but obviously we are not having a great season as we have drawn a couple and lost a few away !!! Bad season that.... Summed up by the fact we are leading the pact.... Oh
-
as long as he scores I couldn't care less away I'll question his inclusion but at home he scores goals no one else got on the end of any chances today so he won us 3 points IMO ! Lineker only ever scored goals and was not considered a bad player ?
-
Adkins "first it's your knees then your ankles no you haven't got a ****ing headache !!!"
-
A striker that scores goals ? What a novel idea !! I see the forum mongs are out in force again ! 9 goals in a competitive league hardly a poor show eh ?

Ward was at the best I can see Lallana's man, but TBH nobody gave a particularly decent job of marking a man that had a reasonable presence in both our box and on the pitch in general, Fonte was trying to do a decent enough job of keeping someone from making the header. The way I see it, Harding should never have panicked and belted it out for a corner, Thorne should never have jumped higher then the 3 !! Saints players he beat for the first header and then Lallana just watched as Ward had a free header at the goal, and easily a 10 -15 yard run up. There was no way Guly could have won that with the run up Ward had, and having marked the post before you really are stuck in that position, do I challenge ? Do I stay on the post ?? Basically you are thinking 'Oh f*ck' Perhaps he could have gone in more committed ? And perhaps he would have given away a penatly to more abuse, I don't know. We didn't win at the end of the day, but we definately didn't lose and we are top for crimbo, frankly the fact that Saints fans always have to have a scapegoat, be it Lallana a few years back, through wotton, Hammond, Guly, Papa etc is frankly pathetic.
-
So guly was minding the post ? Clearly nobody was supposed to be marking Ward then ??
-
Really ? Are we really slagging him off for one fluffed chance, one more or less no chance and one header he would never have won anyway ? Who would we have played upfront instead exactly ?? Ward should have been blocked off before he got to the ball, infact, harding was at fault before the cross came in FFS !! Why change Fox playing well for Harding anyway ? Guly was clearly caught in two minds, my first thought was stay on your post Guly, my second was who was marking Ward in the F*CKING FIRST PLACE surely some of you have played the game before, the man was unmarked more or less, or even so skipped his marker easily. Guly was not that bad, but we never stamped our authority on the game, Lallana continues to run around in circles and Spiderman, as much as I rate him is not a wide man. Lets not all look for a scapegoat FFS especially not a man that has provided many goals and assists.
-
I'd be happy for that, the goals and assists he has clearly shows we can't do without him.

There was absolutely no point in this sub, niether today nor the Blackpool game. I can only think it is to appease Harding, as it was not tactical nor was Fox having a bad game. Both times was strange, in fact, I thought Fox was playing ok, and TBH I thought Harding was at fault for the corner for the last goal.
-
He is good enough, away I think he is probably not the right player, but who do we have instead ATM ?? In this division I think he is a very good player, he makes space, finds players and normally works hard, you can usually rely on him to make something out of nothing. Derby matches are classically all form out of the window and it didn't come off, either way we are top at xmas, and didn't lose at the shed, the equaliser was a catelogue of errors. He seemed caught up in the decision to stay at the post or challenge where either or would have been a better outcome. It was a goal from nothing. We need a winger, another striker and perhaps a CB in jan, and we will be ok.
-
Glad you clearly have never had a part of any footballing education of anyone ever. Blaming guly for a game that spanned 90 minutes. nob.

LMAO you really are a comedy genius Hypo How I wish to be a part of your everyday crowd !!!!! The one liners you must have in that primary school library !!!!!!!!!!

Oh good another chance for Steam to crash and generally be sh*t. FWIW, 2017 and Crawley in the prem GTFI -
Lallana is the most creative Lambert is the lynchpin Chaplows gives the most energy But according to Adkins, Schniederlin is the most talented and has the best technique.

Morgan, width and Nige's views on De Ridder
Smirking_Saint replied to shurlock's topic in The Saints
I can agree with that, he has a lot of huff and puff with little end product, but he still is valuable when trying to break open a team late on as they have to try and deal with him. As for Morgan he is starting to carve out a starting place for himself, he looked much better on the right today, and IMO is a much better option than hammond. -
Time To Drop Fox. Harding To Start V Skates?
Smirking_Saint replied to View From The Top's topic in The Saints
Didn't really understand changing Fox for Harding today ? Both similar players and TBH thought Fox was doing a decent job, its very good that we have those two as an option. -
I must admit, our Scottish counterparts (Electricity Consumers) are very different to down here, it is not unusual for a Scot off supply in these conditions to flag down one of our vans and say 'Have you come to fix my electricity I have been off for a week ?' For us to say 'Sorry we are off to another job right now but will be back as soon as we can' And for them to reply 'No problems, I have the candles and drink ready, good luck' Completely different story down here !!!
-
Thank f*ck its not a J number eh ??
-
57,000 people off supply in Scotland, 165 MPH winds, most of the staff going up there, all planned works cancelled and the above picture, aparantly they are in a bit of a mess. I am currently keeping my head down, I have no desire to be sent to Scotland.
-
What was the thread ?? I wish they didn't perma ban unless you were really really out of order, just destroys the forum IMO. Still miss Deppo, quite often a complete bellend but he broke the monotony.

TBH never really seen the massive attraction for Holly Willoghbooby

Are we getting the best out of Jack Cork
Smirking_Saint replied to Window Cleaner's topic in The Saints
I always thought of him as a defensive midfielder TBF, thats what he was at chelsea, thats what he was at Burnley and even in his time here back then he was a defender/RB/Midfielder. He is decent there, he is just going through a bit of a difficult patch IMO, I am not sure Hammond is his natural partner, he has been on form recently but IMHO is not the player we need there as techically he is not good enough (Hammond that is). Partner him with a more technical midfielder and he will be fine. -
Apparantly he is a bigger tw*t then I thought.
