  1. And when asked "are you bothered at their demise" he replied something along the lines of "no, not one bit".
  2. Not just messier though! Dragging it out longer means more outgoings V less incoming. The club is already insolvent, so how much time has any administrator got (if they are above board).
  3. Exactly! If anything he should be prepared to sacrifice his client's business assets (PFC2010) for his client's main business! The oily snake wasn't trying, BC had his hand up AA's ar5e controlling everything until friday's hearing.
  4. We're given to understand that TB is a fresh face and has integrity. Displayed in court by his reluctance to work with AA because of their 'differing views on compliance'. However, the previous example of integrity, no less than the ex FA Head Of Integrity, proved that Integrity may be a subjective view. On the one hand TB will be looking to gain the best return to the creditors. However, if he uncovers any financial impropriety then, as a man of integrity, he will be duty bound to report it, not the least than to protect his very self! I felt disappointed at the level of points deduction but I am bouyed by TB's appointment. I think the scramble in the court for the Administrator's role, specifically on AA's part, gave away the fact that there may be a lot of 'uncompleted work' with the DFCSB empire. Happily he will not be around to cover his tracks!
  5. That's better!
  6. Birch gets it! SSN now!
  7. Your voice shines out like a shaft of gold when all around is dark. A proper fan who realises that he has lost the club he grew to love. Hope springs eternal and you will be able to follow, and love, a decently run club. I really don't know how the rest of the 200,000, who packed your common, are going to live.... err sorry, 14,329. Good luck after Admin/Liquidation.
  8. Millwall are being informed. http://boards.footymad.net/forum.php?tno=369&fid=180&act=1&mid=2115336227
  9. You're right mate, unbelieveably right. You know it, we all know it, which leads me to believe, still, that there are wheels within wheels and that football is corrupt. No matter how much we protest, we can't make anything happen.
  10. While their CEO was being interviewed today I jotted down some figures as he reeled them off. Now my hearing ain't as good as it used to be so apologies if I am wrong on any of these. Anyway, he disclosed debts as: Old C.V.A. (Payable to Baker Tilly) £16m CSI (Their previous owners, themselves in Admin) £10.8m Portpin (loan from Balram Chanrai) £17m HMRC (incl Taxes due from previous owners* ) £7m * Not quite sure what he meant by that? Total approximately £51m although there may be some red letters as yet undisclosed. So AA is between a rock and a hard place. I'm sure he wants to marginalise HMRC so, like last time, they can't veto the CVA. However, if he inflates the debts too high then they become, as you described so well, Balance Sheet Insolvent. If my figures are close to correct and your figure of value is correct then they are reaslly skating on thin ice. Oh dear!
  11. Could some kind soul provide a lsit of what they owe, prior to this latest episode? Thanks in anticipation.
  12. So let me guess........ you're the guy who changes the lamps on stage when they blow? Meanwhile i am becoming an Evangelist, even appearing reasonable! http://boards.footymad.net/forum.php?tno=369&fid=180&sty=2&act=1&mid=2115326068#p32157579 Well someone has to spread the word!
  13. Someone seems to be upsetting the fish stall! http://sport.uk.msn.com/football/portsmouth-on-brink-of-administration?_p=2c80a386-a4cd-48ae-a2f1-6021caf0507b&_nwpt=1
  14. I think she's learned a harsh lesson after being 'pompeyed' by one of our own.
  15. If you have a camera phone why not take a few pictures to aid you? The power leads are obvious because they are either Molex or SATA and the large 20 (?) pin one goes in the only place on the MoBo. Hope this suggestion helps.
  16. Ref the punch up (which took place the season after the infamous (1977) Blackburn game). At the time the rumour was that Chris McMenemy had been slapped by Mick Pickering, who certainly wasn't around for long after the rumours!
  17. Whereas your persona, like a lot of skates, is distinctly missing. If you had a personality then we could seriously clash. Not any ordinary skate though! A plaasjapie to boot and one who doesn't care for his neighbours. Never mind, you're one that we'll patronise, pat on the head and send you off to dream of your harbourdome, training grounds, Maradonna, Riquelme and crooked owners with untold riches.
  18. That sounds a plan and, as Hypo states, further time for 'the bestest' to get even more bitter and twisted, more time for the hate to ferment and then fester while we....Well what will we do? Add another 500 pages, wet ourselves laughing, expose more bull$h!t, patronise them, pity them......whoa ESB! that last bit ain't gonna happen! This thread is going to upset Tolstoy because it's going to be longer than War & Peace.
  19. Now you've put the cats among the pigeons!
  20. Around that time (70s/early 80s) Tony, the deaf and dumb fella, used to wear a white coat adorned with Millwall slogans etc.
  21. Just salivating at the level of Tax that HMRC would be claiming and how insignificant the rest would be against that. HMRC would, surely, then have more than 25% and the power of veto?
  22. So if a player doesn't request a transfer but moves then he can actually lose money? I have always, wrongly it seems, thought that the player had their contract paid up. My apologies!
  23. Presactly! Don't blame PFC123, he just doesn't get it. Although that's no massive revelation is it?
  24. Now remind me what happened to the Wonga-like CSI initiative which disappeared, along with their administration? There was earlier mention of pfc needing to prove they can fund the administration period? What with AA stating they "don't have millions of debt, just a short term cashflow situation" might preclude 'funding administration'. HMRC definitely don't want another administration. They, like Shylock (Wonga), want more than their pound of flesh. Unless BC stumps up then it's the start of the end game. It's Mexican standoff time. Shylock (BC) V Shylock (HMRC) Excellent!
  25. If he gets the England job then it will infer to me that English Football is totally corrupt. As to what I'd do? Carry on as now, finding very little time to walk across the room and turn the TV on for an England game.
