  1. Can someone confirm if this thread is for the aways you haven't done before or the ones we're looking forward to most? Serious business this.
  2. True, but this isn't confirmed interest in a player either.
  3. Not done Wigan and Stoke, so looking forward to knocking those off, Wigan particularly, love the northern away days to little towns like that. Top 3 are; 1) Everton - Love Goodison, proper away day, proper away ground, plenty of good pubs in Liverpool city centre. 2) Arsenal - Done a game there before, but would be a buzz seeing Saints there, untold numbers of decent places for a drink within 15mins of the ground. 3) West Brom - Low key and rarely gets a mention, but another place I've always enjoyed going, proper ground and support, decent booze up in Brum before and after. For those that didn't go to Swansea when we played them in '08, it was an utterly s**t away day.
  4. And how often is that sung properly these days?
  5. It wasn't irony, it demonstrated my point.
  6. It's a forum, in case you haven't noticed.
  7. What's Kaos like on a Saturday night these days?
  8. Not been every final game has it? A handful and a fair few were only a small number doing it half heartedly.
  9. Yeah that was one of the obvious ones.
  10. You can't point our hundreds of similar examples, because there aren't any. Handful of the obvious.
  11. I think you have an unhealthy obsession with football violence that probably needs dealing with.
  12. Good post. Sums the subject up very well.
  13. No, we all represent the club, that's not too hard to understand is it? The only two people on this thread that have came close to being "apoplectic" are Frank's Cousin and Solent Stars.
  14. The Sun will do a bit tomorrow with Nelson Mandela with his views on it all...............
  15. Its not even an article though is it? A blog isn't really any different to a random post on a forum.
  16. Who gives a stuff what labels you wear. Just be a normal bloke going down to the pub and football, not a middle aged man dressed as a clown with face paint and balloons, on a par with Skate bloody Westwood.
  17. To be fair I think you are right on this. Any tips on how we can contribute as many interesting posts and threads to the forum as you have managed?
  18. Plenty of kids and "families" went to football in the 70s and 80s, it was cheap and a laugh. Didn't see too many wigs or jesters hats at Hull away, they do like to jump on the bandwagon.
  19. Glad it interests you so much. Which excited you more - the red balloons or the white ones?
  20. You're a grown man getting excited by balloons.
  21. Am I the only one not massively excited by this rumour? Can see there being a fair bit of interest from the likes of Villa, Everton, SUnderland etc, and consequently his price will offer very little value indeed.
  22. So you agree, that apart from that, there is little difference? Who would want to be the Saints equivalent of that t**t?
  23. If you look at some of Newcastle and Fulham's recent signings, you'd really have to question the value on spending big money on Hooper.
