Depends how all the fixtures fall to be honest, but Arsenal away is the only one I'm certain won't make general sale regardless of when we play there.

As new grounds go, would be absolutely brilliant, one of my favourite, iconic buildings in London and Battersea is a stones.throw from Chelsea and is very much a Chelsea area in terms of support traditionally. Having said that whichever plank redevolped Stamford Bridge should never work on a football ground again, waste of a great old ground.
