  1. No one yet. Solent are bigging up an announcement today, nothing on news now, not even "The News"... no one in the sporting press believes AA.
  2. The solent item this morning was a bit thin. No new news just recycled stuff from yesterday.
  3. There are a few options here AA has a weak fantasist who he is presenting as a serious buyer BC has found another front man to continue the chain of money laundering. BC is always the recipient of a secured loan at high interest and always at the top of the creditors list. Or the missing Lithuanian millions has found a front man to buy CSI or Pfc to continue money laundering Or very much long odds some Chinese investors who are very unlikely to have found this thread and have been duped into buying this empty shell of a club and are at a large sum to see the books
  4. Rubbish! As a seller it is far too stacked to idiot buyers. People who expect a refund because it has not arrived in Italy in 12 days even though the listing explains that 28 days delivery is the norm to Italy. The sad fact is the refund system can be easily manipulated by cyber shoplifters. The only way to beat them is send everything by recorded delivery and spend your life queuing in post offices. Also your higher postage costs will mean you price yourself out of the market. EBay and PayPal arbitration is clumsy and often comes out rewarding the dishonest side. However it is easier to buy stuff at a good price especially when you take time, petrol and parking into consideration. There does seam to be more problems with goods that are bought and sold for Chavs! Mobiles, fake designer stuff. And I did get more grief on reliable items around Xmas with people buying with less thought about its suitability. I shut my shop 4 days before Xmas because I couldn't face the begging requests to send it special delivery because they ordered it too late... And then returning it after Xmas wanting a full refund.
  5. IF.... However IF the FL act there will be a huge list... Failing to submit an accurate business plan.. Failing to pay wages/tax on time etc,.etc... The FL don't seam to do preventative punishments, just act once the horse has bolted, left the country and got on a space flight to mars.
  6. Merry Christmas , may I raise a TOAST to the blue few and thank them for the entertainment.
  7. Did you hear about the unemployed Greek immigrant who was flown by helicopter to the Papworth and got queue jumped and had heart surgery the same day. Prince Philip is recovering.
  8. If he isn't I want to go on the degree course that sends you out equipped to buy a bank at 24!
  9. http://www.accountancyage.com/aa/news/2132954/football-insolvency-judgement-christmas The court battle between HMRC and the Football League began at the end of November and it was thought a judgement would be given early next year. However, presiding judge Mr Justice David Richards indicated he would like to deliver a judgement before the Christmas break.
  10. We were promised that the football creditors ruling would be done at the high court before Christmas.... . today tomorrow, friday ?
  11. Remove the meat from the baking tray/pot add 1/2 pint boiling water and heat the tray on the hob and get as much brown sticky stuff off the pot and into the liquid pour into a jug and allow to settle spoon off most of the fat and any burnt bits. taste it! add extra stock cube or granuals (beef, chicken, lamb, and make up to required quantity/taste, thicken with corn flour if required (this requires returing to the boil to cook the cornflour) you can add salt and pepper, or dark soy sauce to beef gravy.
  12. Thyme is very important, but they dont have any
  13. I totally disagree with you. This is a violent crime and should be recorded against the person after a proper court case. The police should not be judge an jury on this type of crime. I had a similar crime against myself and the person was cautioned. But dont worry, he is a taxi driver and still able to pick your kids up from school because he dosent have a criminal record
  14. Yes, shake a fence and you get huge football related violence trial, headbut someone in a night club = caution.
  15. more detail, the echo THE CAPTAIN of Portsmouth Football Club was arrested for head butting a father of two at a Southampton nightspot, the Daily Echo can reveal. Liam Lawrence was questioned by police officers after assaulting James Thorp who was enjoying a night out with friends at Cafe Parfait. Mr Thorp was out with workmates and minding their drinks when he claims Lawrence walked passed, picked one of them up and drank it before walking off. When Mr Thorp asked him to pay for a replacement the Pompey skipper head butted the 28-year-old without warning – leaving him with a suspected broken nose, two black eyes and a cut lip. Door staff immediately detained the Republic of Ireland international and called in the police who arrested Lawrence following the incident that happened just days before Saints played Portsmouth in a Championship clash. Mr Thorp, from Calmore, who has a six-year-old daughter and three-year-old son, said he had no idea who his attacker was until after the incident at the Above Bar venue. He said: “I asked him if he was going to pay for another and he just walked off. There wasn’t an aggressive vibe or anything. “When my mate came back, I walked over to him and asked him to pay again. “Then all of a sudden, without any warning he jumped up and launched forward to head butt me.” After being quizzed by officers Lawrence admitted the offence and was handed a police caution. A police spokesman said: “Police can confirm that they were called to Café Parfait in Above Bar Street in Southampton to deal with an allegation of assault on a 28-year-old Southampton man. “The man was allegedly head butted in a dispute over a drink. “Door staff detained a 30-year-old man from Warsash who police arrested in connection with the incident. He was questioned and admitted the offence and given an adult caution.” The assault in the early hours of last Sunday morning also left Mr Thorp, an engineer for Southern Gas Networks, out of pocket as he was unable to work on Sunday because he needed hospital treatment. Describing it as a “nasty and vicious unprovoked attack”, Mr Thorp added: “I’m disgusted. He hasn’t even apologised and I would like to know why he did it. On his wages, he has more than enough money to pay for his own drinks.” Midfielder Lawrence had been sidelined for the last six weeks with damage to his ankle ligament but played in yesterday’s derby game at Fratton Park. Portsmouth Football Club said it was aware of the incident but did not comment on whether any further action was being taken by the club.
  16. It was great , thanks, 30 years ago I had a bed sit in Westwood rd and we went down jester sand watched/ sang along to Derek. The pub was so full the floor dropped 4 inches and we nearly all fell in to the night club below. We also went to the junction and watched bands. I remember having so many we had to crawl over the railway bridge. Waitrose was fine fare?
  17. What was the official turnout and how many empty seats were there
  18. The blades on the liquidator went round and round, round and round round and round The blades on the liquidator went round and round, round and round round and round You are gonna be skint on pay day!
  19. Can someone find the evidence that PFC2010 owe the small creditors 100%? I don't think it exists. I remember that BC was offering the small creditors 100% outside the CVA. I expected it to be paid before the CVA Was adopted. it was not PFC's promise or debt Of course the Small creditors deserve it. But it is un enforceable now. Prove me wrong
  20. I believe it is not PFC's responsibility to pay small creditors100%. That promise was from BC. It would be illegal to pay the creditors out of sequence from the funds of PFC old co. Employees Secured creditors Unsecured creditors It would be illegal to pay some creditors a higher percentage than others in the same group. ( from PFC old co) I thing all the funds to pay creditors was comming from the sales of players and the parachute payments. I don't think PFC 2010 are liable for these debts Your thoughts gents?
  21. Sorry! I will try to keep up!
  22. Reading that article I would get the impression PFC2010 were in admin, not CSI, Waiter! Please could you serve up a 12 points deduction with a relegation side salad, and make it snappy!
  23. Writing the lyrics is easy, finding the images is easy , getting a good singer to lay down a good sound track is hard, making the video is easy...
