Another point you might be able to make is that some people are early birds and some night owls. If you do your best work in the morning, That is when you work. The batteries are a nightmare. They only accept canon batteries with the chip in. You can't rig them with a ac external power supply. so for time lapse you might find this a bit awkwrd or expensive.
