  1. Voldermort: "Look, I can see the whole 'Pack the Park' crowd through my hands"
  2. So, next Thursday it is, another date to put in the calendar. Just to be clear, is that this coming Thursday or the following Thursday?
  3. f***ing brilliant that one - coffee vs keyboard moment!
  4. You beat me to it. Love this one and reckon it could catch on with many other sets of fans. Nice to see other supporters coming to the party.
  5. The way I read it is that he's trying to disconnect the link between the FA/PL and the payment to Gayboy. PFC will receive funds from FA/PL in the form of PP's but will have to, as part of the mechanics of the CVA, pay Gayboy 2.2m as inn the first instance (ie. it's an extra 2.2m obligation as part of the CVA PFC have to pay that he didn't realise was present)
  6. He would need to get a CVA first. Can't see how he'd do that HMRC and Baker Tilley together appear to have more than the required amount of the unsecured debt to veto a CVA
  7. WTF is it with the journo's talking about P****y being a "big club" with "rich history". It really grates me. Was streaming Talksport on my phone on my way to and from work today and the amount of time I heard Alan Brazil and Danny Kelly mention 'big club' and 'rich history'. They're not a big club - very average at best. 14k fans - not big. Revenue stream - not big. International recognition - not big. History of honours - nothing special. Potential sleeping giant - . Seriously they are no bigger than Huddersfield or Blackpool. As for the rich history, evey club has a rich history in their own right (well apart from MK Dons).
  8. join the circus & become a clown?.....oh wait that's already happened
  9. Where do I begin with this one.......how about the bestest fans pay their way and fill their ground first before asking for all football fans to dip in.
  10. I always thought AA stood for Andrew Andronikou, now I realise it stands for Agent Andronikou.
  11. and this 'spell' it's not reserved to employees and owners. How many of the inbreds were there seeking autographs from the administrator ?!?!
  12. I'm not being funny but why on earth are we discussing the next Saints kit when it's over 16 months months away?
  13. They just need to get Graham Rix back in charge.
  14. according to the Storrie teller HMRC are at fault for being too lenient and according to the right honuorable Miss Piggy MP HMRC are at fault for being too harsh. WTF!!??!!
  15. for particulalry relevant Android apps I've found: Money Admin Today's Steal Cheat Database Bribespot Crime Story Spin It PAYE Tax Calculator Pro HK Loan Approver
  16. So that's TBH's wages sorted, just a small matter of all the other running expenses.
  17. I'm not sure. I would have thought an admin would pay off debts where they can. In any case they haven't paid 100%, not even close. They've only paid from mid Jan to mid Feb but there is still substantial amounts of this debt owing going back into Dec and before.
  18. Well if that was for the TV cameras it's backfired spectacularly. Can't see too many people watching that thinking "what wonderful support, what's happened to the club is such a shame on all those bestest fans" probably more like "wtf, it doesn't matter what's happened, those fans are a shame to the club"
  19. ROFPMSL!! This truely is embarrassing. Has to be up there with the best moments of this thread. Half expect to see the old lady on the mobility scooter moving across the pitch. Bestest fans ..... my a753!
  20. Yes they can do it. In fact it what they should be doing. The staff are creditors and PKF are just first paying off the creditors who are key to keeping the club going (without the club staff working there will be no games and no income stream from the fan). It could of course backfire as they are diluting the non HMRC & co portion of the unsecured debt, giving HMRC & Co a larger percentage going into a CVA vote.
  21. Forest one does and now I've just posted the link on the Cov one.
  22. They truely are an embarrassment!
  23. Tesco won't offer that though because they'd need the whole site and not just the ground, so 20m would be split between Chinny & Gayboy. Think of it like a mortgage, Joe Public (PFC in this case) borrows 17m from a bank (in this case Chinny), for what ever reason they need the cash, but puts up their house (in this case aspects of the club including the ground) as security and Joe Public has his house conveniently valued by a dodgy valuation surveyor (in this case Android) who determines that ironically the value of the house is equal to the loan. Suddenly the ar53 falls out of the housing market and the bank decides to send in a reputable valuation surveyor (in this case Birch) and they officially value the house at 10m. That means that because the Bank's loan to Joe Public is secured by the house, only 10m is a secured debt whereas the remaining 7m is unsecured. Now say Tesco wanted to buy the house because they wanted to put a store on the site, and they offered 20m, if that offer is rejected (for what ever reason), unless the reputable valuation surveyor agrees with Tesco's valuation or if it is indeed sold for 20m then the value on the books remains at what every the reputable valuation surveyor initially decided. Of course what ever value Birch puts on the security for Chinny's loan I'm sure Chinny may look to challenge it (if the valuation is decreased) in the courts. All that will do will delay any interested buyers meaning the club gets into more debt and gives us all more enjoyment
  24. I believe that was also about the time he was trying to convince us that Antonov was as reputable banker and the new saviour to PFC and that he wasn't a chancer or trying to launder stolen money.
  25. Perth is a great city. As people have said, it is a little plastic but that's because if the vast amounts of money they have recently had coming into the WA state via the mining boom. One drawback of the mining boom is the cost of living (houses are expensive), that said there are great oppertunities for work in the minig sector and they offer ridiculous wages (from what I heard those people holding the STOP/GO signs for the traffic are on around $80k) It's growing and thriving yet very very sleepy. It's quite sports orientated in Perth with a good range of pro sports played - cricket, rugby, football and aussie rules (if you get there make sure you end up following the mighty West Coast Eagles!) If you don't like flies and sharks it may be worth avoiding though. Other recommended choices for Australia are Brisbane (good climate all year!), Melboune (sports capital of Australia) and Adelaide (sleepy but beautiful and very affordable. I live 40 mins from Adelaide right in the heart one of Australia's premier wine regions - it doens't get much better!)
