AR-10 gets torn to pieces because he regularly puts up fake news. Clearly he is a bit of a fantasist and perhaps should evaluate where it went wrong in his life.
-
The only game which could still be moved is the Swansea game, which is on the same weekend as the FA Cup Quarter-Finals, and both teams could still reach that stage.
-
It couldn't have happened against a better team, only perhaps the skates.

Best mins per goal return since the start of the 2016/17 Ligue 1 season (10+ goals): Edinson Cavani - 85.2 Alexandre Lacazette - 86 Neymar - 89.8 GUIDO CARRILLO - 91.1 The reason he hasn't scored that many is because he hasn't been played much.

I thought Forster was our highest paid player? Or was that last season?
-
Tim correctly predicted that Gaston Ramirez wouldn't be very good in England, so if he says he will come good, that's definitely an opinion that is worth listening too rather than the usual SWF lot writing him off before he's even signed for us.

Mike Dean is the ref. Brighton fans absolutely hate him, so should add a bit of extra spice to the match. And of course, the last time we met at St Mary's, we had the wonderful refereeing display of Peter Walton to behold.
-
It's not a serious injury, the Monaco forum believes he wasn't playing just to make sure it wasn't aggravated and for the deal to not be scuppered. We're not going to waste £20M on another Austin who spends half his time on the treatment table.

With all the talk of Leeds's new badge, I wonder when the blue few will announce theirs? Fingers crossed this is the one they select

For £19.1 million, he better be good. I’m surprised Chelsea didn’t come in for him, they’re after a target man

Newcastle - Away on March 10th - Saturday 3pm ?
Pamplemousse replied to manina-pub's topic in The Saints
All of our games are 3pm kickoffs, none of them moved. The only match which could still be moved is the Swansea game, which is on the same weekend as the FA Cup quarter finals (both teams still in the competition as it stands) I expect that in April, as we play some of the bigger teams, our fixtures will be on TV. -
If we beat Brighton, drawing at West Brom wouldn't be a bad result at all. Hopefully we'll go for the win in both matches, but I'd take four points right now.

Current players who remind you of former players

Surprised nobody has compared Boufal to Gaston Ramirez -
This is what I was thinking. Given how congested it is, and that everyone from Everton and below are in trouble, it’s guaranteed that teams around us will drop points each week. So as long as we concentrate on our own form, we don’t need to rely on others.
-
Quite funny really. Swansea can’t go above us today so not too concerned if they win. There are only 6 points separating the top half from the bottom as it stands!

What booing?

He left cos you're sh*t chant yesterday
Pamplemousse replied to SFKA South Woodford's topic in The Saints
We'll just sing it back at them with Suarez and Coutinho They're just as much of a selling club as we are. -
Even if we do manage to stay up, he should go at the end of the season. The exception would be going on an unbelievable run and us ending up 9th or 10th or very close to 8th

Matt Targett - Joins Aston Villa (Official)
Pamplemousse replied to Kaiser Soze's topic in The Saints
He played really well at Tottenham and then didn’t feature again -
I hope everyone gives Doucouré a good booing. We’ll need some practice for when the real public enemies come into town next month.
-
Long played well at Watford but his good moments came when he was out wide. I wouldn't be against him becoming our automatic right winger and Gabbiadini/Austin/new striker playing centrally.
-
He was very good in the first half, he seemed to be quite tired in the second half, which I think is why he dropped off. Probably should've been subbed slightly earlier
-
It'll be interesting to see what team Watford put out. New manager in charge, so will he pick a strong team or will the owners say forget about the cup, focus on staying up? Hope we name a strong team.

Someone who knows Spanish football says he’s much more respected than Pellegrino is in Spain

I’d like to see Obafemi start the cup game. Hopefully he’ll get more chances this season
