  1. Don't, that'll fuel another Portsmyth that they stopped us getting promotion
  2. If we win we take automatic promotion race to the final day, and if you'd have told me that when we got thumped 4-0 at Boro I'd have laughed. 4 teams potentially in the race for 2nd on the final day, great for the neutral.
  3. The only certainty is Trafford will be in the goal for them, the others will have to see. Looking at their forum, they think Semenyo is knackered and is one of those likely to be rested.
  4. Charlton scored after 50 seconds haha!!
  5. I'm not giving up hope just yet. If Charlton or West Brom beat Ipswich before we play them on Tuesday then as long as we win that, it's guaranteed to go the final day. And obviously a Leicester win helps as well on Friday against Millwall. Obviously the chances are slim but you never know.
  6. We still need Ipswich to slip up as well as us beating them, with Charlton and West Brom away for them to play before us, not unlikely that they draw at least one of those games. They have QPR at home on the last day so you'd expect them to comfortably win that one.
  7. Just need Millwall to slip up... somewhere. Another Boro goal would be handy for goal difference purposes but let's not get too greedy...
  8. That booking fee is an absolute rip off. Leeds are charging their fans a £3 booking fee so no idea if it's set by Wembley or the club.
  9. The other reason why we want to finish 3rd is because the second leg will be on the Monday as opposed to the Tuesday, so we get an extra day to prepare for the cup final.
  10. Man City were already due to play on the previous Sunday so their game couldn't be rearranged for the Tuesday, they had to play Wednesday. Sky are broadcasting both fixtures so that's why the Chelsea game automatically went to the Tuesday as they wanted those two games in unique slots.
  11. I counted around a dozen empty seats around me in the ground. Very disappointing considering this was the most in demand fixture of the year. Club need to sort this out.
  12. Yeah 2018 is very different to now. Anyone who wants one will get one but we'll sell out no problem. In 2018 we had a very easy run to the semi - beating League 1 Wigan in the quarters. Anyone else would've beaten us. I think this time there is a genuine possibility we can make it to the final, now we've beaten the best team in the country
  13. Absolutely loads of Saints fans around Wrexham. Seen more of us walking around the town
  14. There's greater flexibility on the Sunday as well, assuming the Met request an earlier kick off, whereas there should be no concerns for our game.
  15. Last year was a Friday, suspect it'll be the same, and then ticketing details announced over the weekend, probably go on sale from the start of next week
  16. Man City will have a league game rearranged a few days before they play us (Burnley away) so it's not out of the question that they rotate a bit Hopefully they'll be well and truly in the title race and close the gap to Arsenal
  17. Leeds might be the only issue then, the FA would probably want us to wear black if they are the designated home side. Although we beat then last time wearing black so we can honour our play off win instead
  18. Yeah they'll just move it to the Wednesday if we play on the Sunday. It'll come down to the broadcasters and what they want. BBC prefer Saturday evening for their match so if they show our game then likely it'll be then. TNT get first exclusive pick which they'll almost certainly want on Sunday as it won't clash with anything Sky are showing.
  19. https://www.mancity.com/tickets/mens/nottingham-forest-v-man-city-fa-cup-semi-final-ticket-information-2425 Ticket prices last year for reference. Cheapest £30 and £45 but in the upper bit; front section is £70
  20. Just need an Oxford goal but this is all going well so far. A bit too well...
  21. Draw the best result for those optimists who think top 2 is still on for us. Boro winning the best result for travelling fans as it rules them out of the play-offs.
  22. If there any doubts at all, then no need to risk him - if he needs a bit longer for Wrexham or even Derby then so be it.
  23. If we don't make the play-offs it'll be because of our dreadful start, nothing to do with the FA Cup. There are loads of Prem teams who would take our position, let alone other Championship teams so we have to go for it.
  24. Fingers crossed we get Ipswich or Millwall from a geographical point of view.
