Sorry to disagree but it would be a humongous disaster if we dont go up. What planet are you on. Are you Rupert Lowe? I have never heard such shiet coming from someone's mouth. We have lead the division for a major part of it and stayed in the top two for the rest of it. If we cock it up now, I'd would be a travesty. And for its worth I believe that it would cost Adkins his job if we did fail.

I kow we are all feeling gutted and frustrated etc but Jaidi just tweeted this link. http://m.youtube.com/?reload=3&rdm=m2d6f06jf#/watch?desktop_uri=%2Fwatch%3Fv%3DVms_6_TSQuc%26feature%3Dyoutube_gdata_player&feature=youtube_gdata_player&v=Vms_6_TSQuc&gl=GB. Cheered me up no end.

Why? I agree. However seaborne maybe instead of Martin.
-
No he wasn't but he should have saved that in my opinion. He was too far left in his goal. If the ball had nestled sweetly tight to the brackets I would say great shot deserved a goal but it wasnt. It went a good foot inside the post.
-
Phuk the skates couldnt give a toss about them.
-
Needlessly pulled the arm off of the borough player two yards outside the box then Davis stands way too far left in his goal allowing for a very easy shot about a good foot inside the post. For me Davis should have had it
-
Fonte you're a **** for that stupid challenge. and Davis why were you so far left n your goal? You made it a very easy decision for that gimp to pick a spot....it's not as if it was right tight in the corner.
-
I am so ****ing fuming with him. He gave hem the opportunity and I thought Davis was too far over n the goal.
-
You gotta be kidding......butters is **** end of. He had a brilliant opportunity to go down the line and collect a pass and didn't and his balls out have been shocking. Take off the funny specs!

Property should form part of a portfolio but you should spread your risk to reduce volatility. The main problem with property is that it is very inflexible and you could struggle to realise the cash in it if you have to sell it. Also charges are very high on property. Most people tend to ignore this. But you stamp duty, legal fees, management fess and maintenance costs. But it's physical and you can touch it. The value will rise and fall just like any other investment, and you can offset some costs to income tax. If you're serious about INVESTING rather than saving it does all depend on how much you have. Firstly get rid of any unsecured debt that you have eg. Credit cards personal loans HP that type of thing. Then you should consider your own mortgage if you have one. Reducing it is a very good idea if you don't want to use all of your capital. You then need to consider what you are looking for - growth or income, or even the opportunity to switch between the two should your circumstances change. Do you need income? Then there are charges - initial set up fees can range from nothing to 5pc in some cases. Then on top of that you will have annual managemant charges. Some investments also carry transaction charges. Quite deep I know but you need to be aware of it. There are funds and portfolios that will easily out perform cash and inflation but all will carry a degree of risk to capital. Funds and portfolios tend to be more flexible so you can take the money out if required, investment bonds have no charges on outset but will have penalties to come away early, usually within the first five years. There are capital protected accounts that range from three to five years which in reality says that you will get back what you put in with a hope of a greater return. Don't use money for longer term strategies if you believe that you will want to access it within the first three to five years. If this is the case then the are plenty of cash deposit at fixed rates that your can opt for. Hope this helps and does not confuse you too much.

Ooooooooooooooooo..........good shout -
Firstly let's this out of the way - I want them to got to the wall, and vey hard at that! But, I really can not see them going pop. Just can't see it. chanrai has already said if no-one else comes in the he will. they will be saved dfcsb!
-
I hope all this talk of us getting to the prem does not come back to haunt us.
-
All removed boooooooooooopo

The annoying thing is they don't actually deserve it my opinion. They have had a late run that's all. Albeit an amazing one. Saints have been the most consistent over the whole season. Top two.....surely deserves promotion. If not Championship. West ham should feel the most aggrieved. Should have on paper sewn this league up weeks ago. So yeah we'll done to reading for your fine run of wins. But do you deserve the trophy. I am not convinced.
-
Totally with you on this. It's not about anybody other than ourselves. Let's do the business and what ever happens, happens! If we go up party hard. If Pompey go down great, if they stay up who cares? It's all about the Saints.
-
You have been saying all season that we as 17th! Two faced.
-
Good effort but at the moment the ONLY scoreline I care about is the West ham one. There is NO consolation at this end of the season.
-
How many time were we screaming for saints to by Le Fondre last year. Sickening.
-
A the end of the day he WAS getting the ball in the box, it is up to the rest of the team to be there to meet it. If he was crossing the ball and the keeper was using it as catching practice I could understand the comments. So I would like to see him get a run for the final games.
-
Droning!
-
Fox was nowhere near where he should have been for the cross. Meh got sucked right in and was stood next to jos leaving Kebe all the time in the world to receive the ball.
-
Brighton were very unlucky not get a result against Reading. That performance will give them great hope, I hope.
-
Arrrrrrrrrgggggggghhhhhhh.........fuuuck off you ***t. We don't deserve to go up? What planet do live on. West ham don't deserve to go up. We have been in the top two ALL season.
