100% I made the change and went and got an iMac. It just works. I decided to get an anti virus for it after two years thinking the worst . Installed it scanned it and NOT ONE malicious file/virus ro spyware on it. It runs so bloody fast as well. LOVE IT!

Pompey or more to the point the FL should take note of how the SPL handle things. Even Ally Mcoist is saying that Rangers should start in the lowest div. There football maybe utter ****e but they hold the integrity of the game in the highest possible standard. Hats off to them.

He he was silly but even more frustratingly was the England team going on strike (threatening). Pre madonnas. Who do they think they are. Rio should have taken the test simples no excuses none! Just goes to show he arrogance England has, and this could be the reason that we more often than not fail on the international stage. Too many people think that they are better than they are. We are in general a very arrogant nation.

Personally I think Reading were very lucky. They just went on an amazing run. They got battered by alot of teams that couldn't finish and/or they were just clinical. I think it was Brighton that took them to the cleaners for reading tomwin 1-0? It will be very interesting to see how they fair in the Prem.

Tbh I am actually getting bored of this whole saga. There seems to be no end in sight, Pompey will somehow get through this, play in L1 and compete. They will not have any further points deductions or be liquidated. We are not that lucky.

Use key words/phrases like "passionate about improving, always looking to improve. Areas for development" things like this says you are aware you may be lacking /not where you should be etc but says you are looking for ways to be better at what you do. It is very hard to be Self analytical but be honest and turn a negative in to a positve. If you can give examples of you have done ie extra reading, work showing (hard to say as I don't know what you do ) hope this he's abit though.
