Quite funny he thinks he is the master of knowing what the public think. Misjudged this one. “Obviously not” going to resign. Can’t even think Boris knows what to do generally anyway but this one isn’t going away and he’s going to go but can’t even imagine Johnson having the balls to do it. As everyone knows always best to go quick but actually will enjoy this one running longer and the odious scum is in the spotlight for longer Most disappointing is Sunak tweeting support. Thought we might have had a decent one there but alas another stooge.

Spot on from Soubry It’s what happens when an established charlatan becomes Prime Minister & surrounds himself with 3rdrate yes men & women of limited ability & integrity. What’s absolutely frightening is that we’re in the middle of a dangerous national crisis & this shower of liars are in charge.
  3. Crowds were much better. Seeing Arsenal fans going mental at the end was a joy. Not one Korean phone photo being taken. I needed reminding that you never knew how much time the ref would add on. Added to the drama

Cheers for full article. Wes thinks it will blow over. Twitter is very angry from all sides. Credibility clearly lost. It’s not about politics just the rank hypocrisy and Shapps basically we could have used our judgement all along.

Wonder of all the Tories on here will disagree with The Spectator saying Cummings should go? Good on them

That cnt from the public should have changed it to a Cummings question. Laughable how stupid they think we are. Well see above to see examples of gullible lapdogs

You’ve changed your tune from previous when blathering about how serious it was and how you got unique info only shared with your missus and nothing else means anything.

Are you going to find a way of agreeing it was reasonable whilst not being a big fan?

Boris has said it was ‘reasonable’. Nice one. Who is the poor stooge at the podium for this afternoon’s briefing?

Wow - can’t see the difference between the chief govt advisor and a footballers. Only when on Saintsweb would I come across such thinking.
  21. Randomly on Spotify discovery The Rip by Portishead. Forgotten what a song it is. Also the cover of Love will Tear us Apart by Nerina Pallot - superb and Ian Curtis lyrics so clear in slowed down version
  22. See the faith thread. MLG is a hairs breath from a Christian conversion
  23. Question for MLG - should we pull down St Paul’s Cathedral and Westminster Abbey as they maybe influencing the masses into believing fairytales?

    Coronavirus

It is interesting how the virus seems to be polarised by politics. Weak old caring lefties for lockdown and caution and look at NZ, excellent hindsight Tough right wingers, get back to work, nothing the govt could have done better, ‘unprecedented’, won’t wear a mask, ‘but look at Wales’. I feel balanced myself and my kids were even calling me a Tory when I was challenging their views. Just wish more honesty and less pretence from the government and then might actually believe some of what we are told. The public can handle being told mistakes happened. Labour would have made them too,
