Just heard that he passed away. Absolute tragedy. Wasn't he at Hampshire for a time?

They stay in hotels?!! Are we all being duped? This could be massive. Pap?

Lets dogs p1ss on his neck

Fair play no-one has said the crosses line thinking they are so original. Insightful of John Cross picking up that Koeman is Dutch.

Clive T - 'a completely different Man City side will turn up at Southampton now' and 'this result may kick start their season' doesn't paper over that their defence is shocking at the moment. Don't know why but Zabelata a shadow of ten player last season. Kompany is a media darling but has also been prone to some howlers and always seems frustrated with colleagues. Really hard to predict as if they play their best of course will be hard to live with but they haven't been at their best many times. Last night one player got them out of it with what were gifts. Bayern weakened 10 men with nothing to play for gave them a lesson.

CONFIRMED - Mane joins Liverpool for £34m + £2m addons
whelk replied to toe_punt's topic in The Saints
Harsh on Mane although he was poor on Monday. Haven't been as convinced as some yet but think he will get much better and pace is exciting. -
I don't think anyone is claiming it is elite sport. Think most also agree that BBC are over promoting it as well. However 1.1m watched the game on TV - perhaps for the novelty but that is a high figure for a Sunday afternoon. From you posts it does appear you have a very unenlightened approach to women. Most rational people don't feel threatened and tolerate things that may not appeal to them personally. Plenty of the BBC's output is not top quality but caters for different tastes. Why do they put Doctors on when they could be showing Shakespeare. Can't they see the dialogue is appalling and nowhere near the highest standard? A little facetious maybe but the fact that it seems to annoy you and others so much is sad although maybe illustrates an increase in anger and intolerance generally. I'm not a dinosaur but......

What is my opinion?

The fact that you can't fathom out what sold out means is a worry. Good nose picking analogy though. I am no champion of women's game but fact that so many thick people can't comprehend that some people went to see it. Also glad to know that you knew the reason for the 10000 missing. You have inferred I was talking about you as well with your sexuality and that it was an issue for me. Have you seen American Beauty?
-
Loads were given away. 55000 and none were still available is sold out. Weather and transport was crap is probably your answer. Who is after equality? Just a few dinosaurs who are generally threatened by anything that may emasculate them. Latently gay no doubt

Graziano Pelle to score and SouthamptonFC to win is now 3/1. That's the bet my friends. Stop p1ssing your money away on Villa win
-
Can't believe anyone worries about too many fixtures over Christmas. Pussies and assume get grief from missus not letting you go. Don't buy this fatigue nonsense. I used to play 3 games in a weekend........occasionally. Boxing Day football is brilliant. Games are sell outs. Transport links can't be a problem and if they are then frankly tough. Fair enough managers don't like it but the game is for us fans.
-
Factory jobs don't pay as well though so I hear.

Going on a coach would ruin the day for me, Cost cutting to see the game is a bit pointless as beers and travel is all part of the enjoyment. If you just purely want to see the game then cost cut and watch on TV. Don't do nearly as many aways as used to but this one would have never been on my list anyway. Respect to anyone who travels to a Monday game though
-
Everyone ignoring that this was a sell out. Good comparison about Dog and Duck mate cos that'd fill Wembley as well yeah? I'm guessing this Duckhunter chap is a spoof though? 55000 tickets sold was limited due to transport restrictions.

Good read http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/southampton/11248812/Ryan-Bertrand-The-day-I-arrived-at-Southampton-I-knew-we-could-do-good-things.html

Lots of moralising from you lately, or have I just not noticed before?
-
Pathetic decision. When compared to what Wilshire didn't even get a yellow yesterday you do have sympathy for manager's throwing their toys out of the pram. Every sympathy for Bruce if they don't get teh 3 pts
-
And they spunked wins against us and QPR - lucky to be as high in the table as they are
-
But is it any different than previously? I can't recall a time of yesteryear when football was played by gentlemen of integrity.
-
Is there a point in here?
-
Comical that absolutely no substance to it and yet will still get coverage. Complete denial by the manager still not enough to carry on reporting it as have a daily rumour mill to fill.
-
I like all the analysis cheers. So statistically likely to finish higher having 27ots rather than 28 after 12 games. I'll take 28 though.

When was the last time we were 8/11 to win away in PL? Never maybe
