Do you believe in spirits/ghosts/poltergeists? I have to say I do, my Nan was a medium and a lot of what she did was very convincing, my whole family believes it and several things she had told us we had experienced ourselves beforehand. Anyway do you believe, and what experiences, if any, have you had? I have one: A while back I was lying in bed watching TFLS when I heard loud crashes and bangs from the bathroom, wandered in there and all the creams and hair stuff was on the floor, I picked them up and popped them back on their storage unit, only for exactly the same stuff to end up back on the floor after another series of loud noises 15 minutes later. Freaky stuff. Okay guys, tell us your stories.

What happened on the Puncheon situation was basically, he saw us as a stepping stone and wasn't fully pulling his weight, Adkins and Crosby don't see Saints as a stepping stobe, it's their big project. Pardew was aiming to use us as a stepping stone too.
