The Biggest Unveiling of All... ...will be the Markus Liebherr Memorial Flag. The club have confirmed that it can be used, and is ready to be used this Saturday. So if you haven't had a chance to get some tickets yet, what better reason can there be? 2 new kits, 2 top teams, and a great tribute to our late great owner. FWIW I hope we see it against Leeds too, but time will tell. COYR

Also, any idea when people who have pre-ordered will actually get it? Same time as us mere mortals (Thursday/Friday) or on Launch date? (Barring any massive conspiracy whereby Somali pirates have stolen our kit off of a ship headed for the docks of England)

Jordan Sibley tweeted on the 17th of March: "Have just had a sneak peak at next season's home shirt. Can't say anything about it, but reasons why will become obvious soon... #saintsfc" http://twitter.com/#!/jordansibley/status/48431921662926848 Now I had heard wrong logo on it, but maybe he means he is lost for words that is shocking/lovely or because it is totally unexplainable. It won't be a kit issue if they had it being shown to staff members back in March. Media team wouldn't be seeing a protoype or a concept I'm sure

Should add: It's on Channel 4 as part of the Dispatches series

Early predictions for next season?

Grant Holt did alright, is he really that much faster and fitter than Lambert? No he isn't. -
Football nutcase, used to have interest within the Premier League, but then went to a pre-season Saints game with Dad and it just happened. Just stuck. Don't regret it at all.

The article reads: Saints stars José Fonte, Rickie Lambert, and Adam Lallana believe the 2011/12 home strip will impress supporters. The players caught a glimpse of the new shirt before heading off for pre season, and gave some interesting clues away on the designs for the kit which is now available to pre-order in store, over the phone, and online. "It's a really impressive design which will stand out amongst others," Fonte revealed. "It's another quality kit which I think will be popular amongst the players and supporters alike. "It looks good too. It's comfortable, and I look forward to pulling it on before walking out on to the pitch." Lambert said: "This will definitely appeal to all fans. It's smart, and I'm sure that no-one will be disappointed with the way that it looks. "I can't wait to wear it in front of thousands of fans in the Championship both home and away. It's another exciting thing to look forward to this season." Article continues Advertisement Lallana commented: "I'm pleased to have another Umbro design as they are also worn by the England team, so it shows that we have the best available in the country right now." "I've been told that loads of fans have already pre ordered the new shirt and I'm sure that it will be flying off the shelves once it's been revealed on 20th July." http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~2388354,00.html Stars in stripes? Like the England flags in the England shirt, is that a clue. Let the analysis begin!

"Hosting of Birmingham and trip to Reading have both been selected for live coverage. Saints will face two more matches in front of the TV cameras in addition to the opening day screening of the home match against Leeds United. Birmingham City's visit to St. Mary's on Saturday 17th September and the trip to Reading's Madejski Stadium on Saturday 22nd October will now both kick-off at 5.20pm to feature live on Sky Sports. The second pick of the remaining televised games of 2011 has also affected the away fixture at Cardiff City, which will now take place on Wednesday 28th September with a 7.45pm kick-off." http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~2388402,00.html

4.38pm: Sunday will be the last issue of the News of the World. 4.38pm: James Murdoch is saying this Sunday's News of the World will be the final issue. 4.39pm: Colin Myler will edit final edition and all the News of the World revenue will go to good causes, James Murdoch says in his statement. Also, Cameron and Government decide that no decision will be made on BSkyB and Murdoch's approach until this issue has been fully resolved, and investigated. Thoughts? http://www.guardian.co.uk/media/blog/2011/jul/07/news-of-the-world-phone-hacking-live-coverage

Can Adkins attract top players to the club?
Saint-Armstrong replied to St Marco's topic in The Saints
You are joking right? Seen any of his interviews in the past year or so? -
To those saying maybe last minute Cortese has seen the design and sent it back: Jordan Sibley tweeted on March the 17th 2011: "Have just had a sneak peak at next season's home shirt. Can't say anything about it, but reasons why will become obvious soon... #saintsfc" http://twitter.com/#!/jordansibley/status/48431921662926848

I was on Twitter earlier today, and I had a little tease with the Peterborough owner, and he decided to start Tweeting me about Saints this is definitely his official account as it is linked to his site. The conversation began: @ConnorArmstrong @DMAC102 A centre back, and another striker perhaps. All the best next season, you made L1 exciting and unpredictable for sure!! 19 minutes ago via web Reply: @DMAC102 @ConnorArmstrong Cheers pal.. Maybe 5-5 next time around...Adkins seriously underestimated manager..Hope Birmingham dont read twitter 18 minutes ago via web Reply: @ConnorArmstrong @DMAC102 I always felt he would be good after seeing him speak on Sky. Fergie turnaround was one of biggest shocks I've experienced! 11 minutes ago via web Reply: @ConnorArmstrong @DMAC102 As you're open about it now, were #saintsfc ever in for CMS? And is Cortese as bad as journo's / agents make out? 11 minutes ago via web Reply: @DMAC102 Saints were in before xmas but offer was worst i have ever seen.To embarrassing to put here. Sorry to say. Met Cortese once and was ok. 9 minutes ago via web Not much going on this time of the season, so thought some of you could find interest with this.

No St Mary's multi ball system in 2011/12
Saint-Armstrong replied to Matthew Le God's topic in The Saints
What about the Premier League, The FA Cup, and the League Cup - are they prohibiting it too?
