Considering the climate they live in (bloody hot summers, bloody cold winters), Austrians have no physical robustness against temperature, wind or humidity whatsoever. When its cold they put 20 layers on, when its hot they prance around naked and still whine. And dont get me started on when there is a bit of breeze (even if just from slightly hard-blowin car air-conditioning), and the immediate outbreak of severe sort throats. If those Austrian beach volleyballers hadnt worn t-shirts last night, they'd be blocking up NHS hospital beds today with chronic pneumonia. I remember once in late spring sat with my wife at an outside cafe, and every time the sun went behind a cloud, she whined and put her cardigan on, and as soon as the sun came out again she whined and took it off.
