  1. I thought you were ignoring me ?
  2. And you call me self-opinionated.... There is not a shred of evidence to suggest the clerics in Iran are on the way out, and Assad is still there (probably with Iranian support)
  3. That sentence should be the bloody epitaph for this site... I am always being criticised for expressing my opinion in terms that appear to be fact.
  4. Or that the underlying attitude has changed.
  5. F**k me you've banged on about this "green revolution" all bloody afternoon. Did anybody bother telling you it FAILED in 2009 ? You make it sound like a work-in-progress. Yeah, right Khameni will NEVER let Iran free itself from the cleric rule.
  6. Ahhh. The "statement of opinion as fact" approach that is apparently so annoying. Or did Mahmood tell you on the phone last night after his audience with Fidel Castro ???
  7. Yep, game playing just like the N. Koreans. It suits them at the moment to let inspectors into Site A whilst the bomb is assembled in Site B, and it makes them look co-operative and holds off further sanction tightening due to the gullible elements of the international community.
  8. Yep, deeply negative and controversial.....
  9. Nah, but she is always complaining about a p*ssy bathroom floor.
  10. If me being a tedious pr*ck helps motivate them, I am happy to be of service...
  11. I'll go back to winding up the Sweaties then, shall I ?? I know where I'm not wanted
  12. Go back and read the highlighted test again, then my first commment. You are saying that because of US and UK behaviour, presumably over Iraq and Afghanistan (oh, bugger that UN mandate, how inconvenient to your argument...), they must be out-of-oder over Iran too. I'll concede that in the cold light of hindsight, Iraq looks like it was an over-reaction. Afghanistan policy was UN mandated I call that a score-draw, so drawing inferences from "recent history" is wrong. Therefore, you reveal your obessiveness for blaming the US and writing cr*p to justify it.
  13. Not quite true. I am taking the p*ss and laughing at a few people on this thread with their earnest pre-orgasmic frenzied finger-pointing at the US (and now the UK I noticed..), but I am not seeking to annoy them. Its especially entertaining when they write great soliliquys to define their position then totally ignore any point posted in return that blows a hole in their argument below the waterline. I find their earnestness to their cause of World Socialism quite endearing actually.
  14. Didnt say Jos sounded complacent, I said WC's description of it made it sound complacent. As I said I will listen at home, but it also sounded to me like a mild criticism of the fans.
  15. Yes, yes, everyone knew it all along.... Anyway, I hope the team rise to the occasion tomorrow. We need to get another Rickie-less game out the way successfully..
  16. Christ, you even used the word "point" to point the finger !!
  17. Definite lack of self awareness going down...
  18. Assuming you've covered all the salient points, I have a problem with these pieces. The players SHOULD be concerned and doing everything possible about it. That just sounds complacent. They should stop making excuses, recognise a loss of form and certainly not be criticising the fans - its the players and managers fault if they have not maintained their own standards.
  19. So it must be the case here too. Thanks for showing your opinion is coloured by an irrational obsession....
  20. will do so at home. Does he make it sound like the team is up for it ?
  21. ..players, manager and fans alike. As a few of us expected, the Forest game is nigh and we've brought no-one in. Hence we enter the most challenging period of our season - staying in touch with the promotion places during some tough games with a team severely weakened by injury and suspension. I hope the remaining players and fans can rise to the occasion tomorrow, and fingers crossed the manager has a trick or two up his sleeve.
  22. Who gives a sh*t ? F**k the blame culture (its the main thing that marks you with the "leftie" label you object to). Blame culture solves NOTHING. I care about today; fuel prices not inflated by war or blackmail and rogue states driven by medieval religious lunacy not acquiring nuclear-armed ICBMs. How you going to change the past and save the future by pointing a finger and saying "its your fault" ?
  23. Like explaining colours to a blind man, innit ?
  24. Second example today of desperate lefties scratching around for examples from over 60 years ago...
