This is a good post, apart from the bit where you are almost stating a win against Norwich as a fact. It IS a confidence thing. NC probably knows deep down play-offs aint gonna happen this season, but he needs to feel confidence that automatic promotion (NOT play-offs) is going to happen next season before he will sanction a continuation of the current course.
