Ok Yes my lad is upset, wants his phone had it for about 30 mins. I willtakethe high ground on this, I am so laid back normally, but when a large company like Vodafone start sending out handsets with personell details on and pass them on as NEW they are taking the ****** . I am one of the last people to seek any compensation. but would like to have a good answer.

Ok yes it came direct from Vodafone, had another call from them saying they had arranged a return for tomorrow, I said NO, not until I am happy with the outcome. So let see what they can make of the situation. Trading standards and maybe solicitor, still really angry about it all. As to the phone, I have an iphone, the phone is for my son who also has an itouch, so he thought it would be a good diversion to use Android. check out my avitar to see what I sell, as I wanted him to get an iphone 4.

This morning I had a delivery from Vodafone of a "new" HTC wildfire for my 14 year old son. Opened the sealed box up and did what you normally do on new phones, ie swap sims and then charge it. After a short time my son started playing with it. Dad yes- what there are peoples contact details on here , Just a few sample ones they put in, I said. "No real contacts with emails etc Ok then "Dad" yes "there are some text messages on here - what ?? Anyway he started to read them, second one he read, refers to having a spliff or a cup of tea Turns out the phone is a return, and it smells of smoke plus is full of other people details, and there are messages about drugs..... Went a bit mad and called into the local Police station, he was very surprised and said, not much they could do. Called vodafone and then all hell let loose, now waiting a top Director to call me. Thinking now of taking this even further, really angry .

Well, until a few months ago I was paying in excess of £1000 per month to my ex, plus extras for my 4 kids. I was working 7 days a week, sometimes not getting back home until 4 in the morning, after 3 years of this I said SOD IT, she can get a job. I was fed up of her saying she had no money, but she had a gardener, a cleaner, and a big drinking habit plus a nice house on the sea front I took time off from work to spend more time with the kids, and I got blasted for that. Luckly the CSA are not going to get involved as I am still paying her above what I should. Hold your ground. keep a diary of what you do and spend, and things you hear, its a very good thing to call upon when things get nasty

Sad day for all that knew him my Grandfather “Ted” Sandall Eastleigh born and bred. Passed away this morning aged 94. Life long Saints fan, watched many a game over the years, followed them whenever he could , quite disappointed he could not make the trip to Wembley back in March.
