  3. I'll take it?
  4. I was in a town where they let the bulls run from one side of the town centre to another etc, whilst the town men all get stuck in. Was a great event.
  5. This. And the fact i feel a natural loyalty to the Queen.
  6. The solution is to bring in some backpack beer things like they had at Reading away. That or just sumggle your own in, what i do with the prices at the moment.
  7. They're very broing, and don't allow drinking, with a fair few odd balls on board. But they get there in plenty of time and are comfortable etc. My train return is 18 odd quid, only 2 quid more than the coach..
  8. Royalist. GSTQ
  9. I'll be there, with a child's ticket. Disgusting pricing. Long time since football was the working mans game. Wonder if we'll take over a thousand..
  10. Depends what i'm in the mood for, i go through phases too. If its a cold winter evening in the pub i'd rather a pint of ale really. But on a hot summers day pint of Fosters does fine. Also if i'm on a session i'll probably go larger for most of the night because i find it lighter. Found a good beer called Resolute i was enjoying.
  11. Well done lads, well overdue. Got behind 'em right down to the final whistle, creating a great atmosphere. Now lets keep it up.
  12. Orange

    New song

    Now just get it going!
  13. I got home at 2. Brum was a nightmare, why on earth did they let double deckers go out in that, they all go stuck and clogged up the roads.
  14. I think it should do, with the pressure of sky and undersoil heating.
  15. Around 1,000 would be terrible. You can bomb it up the motorway to Brum in no time. Your probably right though, and no doubt it will be a sh*te atmosphere too.
  16. I imagine its the fact its on a pole, my 12 by 6 flag i've only had a problem with size at Burnley away.
  17. Can't wait for this now. Fact we didn't win yesterday puts even more importance on this.
  18. We should take a lot up, not far and a crucial game. Suppose some have picked West ham over it, and watch this one on tv. Hopefully we'll get behind 'em for this one, infront of the sky cameras.
  19. Yeah thats the one. Sounds great, I thought it was in 2014 though?
  20. Yeah thats how i imagened India, heard it can be a bit full on a times. What type of people was the England following made up of? I'd imagine a few more socks and sandel types, and less young lads in comparison to England footballc that is, look fairly similar though.
  21. The tour operators are usually very expensive, i'd just book it myself, like you said cheaper. I've never really liked the look of Brisbane's ground, Aderlaide would probably be the one i'd most like to do. Didn't know so many went to SA. We're touring the West Indies in a couple of years, would be amazing. Yeah i would agree with you, you don't want England to be skittled out.
  22. I don't blame him, i went to Cape Town (not for cricket) and it was an amazing place! That must have been devastating. I'm sure there's something about it, because its something you can get very hooked on i think. Are you doing both tests or what? Sure you won't need so much beer money over there..
  23. Have anyone traveled with England cricket on a tour? Recommend it? I'm very tempted by the thought of having an all day drink up in the sun, bit of a sing song, and mabye a bit of cricket thrown in too. I think India (not counting UAE/Pakistan/ Bangladesh) would come bottom of the list. But all the others sound like a great crack to me. Sri Lanka can be done on the cheap by most accounts, compared to Aus that is..
  24. Talking of dirty looks etc. Near me there was a very young nipper, trying to start some songs up. Acctual good songs- getting behind the team. The only two people that tried to help the poor lad was me and my brother. Those around him even started to s****** at him, and give him looks etc. What a joke. I'm used to recieving dirty looks for trying to start songs etc from the zombie c*nts. To those who say its about noise not songs- do you not find most songs aimed at the other fans utterly cringey, and quite frankly very odd. Bar the odd one. Small town in West Ham for starters? I remember at Brighton at home i'd been trying to get the Itchen North going, just to get the same old misserable response. Then as soon as we go 1 up everyone perks up and starts singing all the 'your not singing anymore', 'shall we sing a song for you', just an example of the many face palm moments.
