Wow, a few videos of us singing (most of them before kick off), our support must have been great. We were no doubt loud at times, but there was no stamina.
-
Spot on. I too tried to get things going, and failed. I don't get pleasure out of slating our support, but its how it came across to me today.
-
I was talking about Doncaster in terms of abuse during the game. Having said that, there was plenty today.
-
You should of come next to me- i was surrounded by noone who was willing to sing unless the whole of the stand was.
-
I see your point. But in my opinion, we've been MUCH louder throughout the course of the game for very average type away games. That baffles me.
-
Yeah, no doubt the tv mics didn't help at all for those watching on the box. Your right, in that a large chunk of our northern away support is older flask types.
-
I was towards the right too. I don't understand, like i've said, we've been louder for Leyton Orient away. After we scored it was good yes, but you'd expect that.
-
It was boring. But i'll admit, well organised.
-
It wasn't after though? People we singing 'Gully off, Barnard on'. And shouting 'strong' abuse at his whilst he was near the away end. And you could see him looking over to the away end, embarrassing. Every has outbursts of fustration from time to time at the players/team, but to be singing for a player to go off is wrong in my opinion.
-
Thoroughly disappointed with our support today. Why is it people weren't getting behind the team for POMPEY? We've been louder at Leyton Orient for f*cks sake. Too many blanket and flask types.
-
Seems very fashionable to hurl abuse at Gully these days. Doncaster away was the worst for it.
-
Yeah partly, but thats what i'm most disappointed with, us, not the players. What the F*ck is wrong with our support. We can be up there with the best, and then be like we were today for POMPEY. F*cks sake.
-
Reading through some of the posts, i disagree on our support. We've been louder and the likes of Leyton Orient for f*cks sake, disappointing. Yes we were good at times (after we scored) but i didn't feel we got behind the lads that well.
-
Well done to 'em. Be great if they could cause an upset at Sheffield, perhaps a bit of a long shot.
-
Thats alright. Hopefully some of these will acctually get going.

Burrows uses Bradford, Hillsborough and Ibrox disasters to justify bubble

Yeah. Brighton at home i had a copper stood next to me for ages holding it right in my face. I asked them at half time if they didn't think it was offensive, they said 'its nothing personal'. Well it f*cking is when your having it shoved in your face as if your a criminal. -
Does the social know your 'ere would be good.
-
Have you not seen our recent away form though? 1-0 Pompey. I f*cking hope not, but on our recent away peformances things don't look great. That and the likes of Chaplow out.
-
Please no 'my garden shed', we can do better ffs.

Are people still waiting for Pompey ticket email?

F*cking ell. You can just see so many things going wrong on the day. I don't trust them to get us to the game on time one bit. We've already seen how incapable they are. -

Still can't f*cking find out..

Slow version sounds great when lots of people are singing it. When its just a few trying to start it up it sounds terrible.

Spot on. The bubble is bad enough, then all this on top just adds salt to the wound. I'm sure plenty of people's tickets 'won't turn up' on the day, sent to the wrong pick up etc and people will be turned away etc etc. Not on, especially when you look at how much this game means to people, like myself.
