Do we still hate him? On Super Sunday he said to Jamie Redknapp he was pleased for us being top. And lets be honest when he slagged us off after leaving we were a complete joke of a club at the time, what with Woodward and Lowe. Just think it’s a bit harsh singing about his wife etc. Can’t we just boo him and keep it a bit light hearted rather than personal.

We have plenty of cover for Lee and were doing pretty good before he signed so I see no reason to panic. Hope its nothing that will keep him out for too long though. He is brilliant at playing off the shoulder of the defender and getting in behind which creates space for others and gives us another attacking option. Not sure if Sharp plays like this or not. Not seen enough of him yet to judge.

This is a could opportunity then for Sharp to show us what he's about.

Any internet mongboarder could have seen the change in Lamberts fitness under Adkins. Lambert even said so himself.

Best player for me for us and in the division. Without him we are not really the same team. That said when he came off on Saturday we played well still.

Either way its clear as crystal that we have high fitness levels. Look at the transition of Lambert under Pardew to Adkins.

3 points here would be massive. Then a draw at Hull. We need to keep the pressure on Wham and Reading.

We are yet to see the real Sharp yet. I agree with others Adkins is getting Sharp 'Saints fit'. I think like what Adkins did with Lambert he is adapting his game and improving his fitness. I think we have some special moments yet to come from Sharp. Also Lee is keeping him out of the team on merit. Isn't it lovely to have so much competition for places. Blood marvellous.

SSN says Lambert is a doubt. Bloody hope not.

Which means he'll have a blinding debut against us.
