I find myself agreeing with this, although Spurs haven't often succeeded in actually living off us. It's their attempts and the manner of their attempts which irks. They treat us with contempt and, like you, I find that offensive.

Really quite excited about VvD joining us. We've been on the lookout for a CB for a while, it seems. Rumours of Vlaar, etc spring to mind. Hopefully he'll shore up any dodginess/uncertainty at the back and provide a strong foundation with Fonte, especially for when Bertrand and Clasie return. Having an in-form Romeu and a better positioned JWP, with Tadic providing some creativity, I'm sure Vic will get his head back. Then with a sharper JRod up front to accompany Pelle & Mane we're looking pretty damned fine in my unelected opinion. (Forgive me if I've left out anyone significant)

Just watching MotD, Leicester v Bournemouth - how did Huth not get a straight red?! Booted the ball in the guy's face, then immediately punched another fella in the face (closed fist and everything). This, when Stoke and WBrom players are red/yellow carded for, quite frankly, a Renaissance-style white-glove slap challenge: "You insult me, Sir!" "I challenge you, Milord!" Then... Bournemouth score the [so far] goal of the season - WHAT an overhead kick! And it was ignored in the post-match 'punditry'!! Everything's gone wrong....! Although Liverpool 0-3 West Ham was a good thing.

Very disappointing. Feel kind of gutted at this performance.
