Under the right guidance I think he could turn out to be a real superstar. Take him for €8mil, worth the risk imo.

Certainly sounds promising! Fits the club ethic of developing youngsters too. I just hope MP and Gaston can convince him to come if he's as highly regarded in Uruguay as stated. Need this wrapped up prior to the tournament though.

Just watching Netherlands v Russia in the U21's tournament. Georginio Wijnaldum looks a class act and has scored a brilliant goal to give the dutch the lead. According to commentary he ideally wants to play through the middle but is being used on the right hand side in a 4-3-3. Has an excellent record for both former club Feyenoord and current club PSV. Bagged 19 goals and got 5 assists in the Eredivisie last season. Not sure on his worth but I imagine it would be in the same ball park as Lens and still only 22 as well.

I'd agree with most of those 5. Would throw in the comeback at Stamford Bridge though kind of over shadows league one comebacks in my opinion. Plus Puncheons goal ended up winning goal of the season.

I disagree. He doesn't say that just that he wanted to stay at PSV last season. I'm sure if we were the only club in for him from the Premier League this season he would join us. As he says he wants to play in a good league to become a regular for The Netherlands.
