I for one have always rated Long. Has pace to burn and is an absolute nuisance for defenders. Yes £12 million may be pricey but if he can get us 10+ goals and form a partnership with pelle then it doesn't seem too bad a deal. Just pleased to see a position that is desperately needed being filled before the season starts. Stop your whining and get behind the club! We're clearly struggling to get the players we want in and he may be underwhelming after being linked with the likes of Hernandez. We aren't the club we were this club last year and can't attract bigger names right now due to half our first team leaving, we aren't the most appealing destination right now for players! Why will we probably lose? Yes we've lost some key players but with some good aquistions in the next two weeks, plus the fact most of liverpools new signings wont be involved and the 'biting rat' now picking his next meal in Spain. its potentially a game to take points from. We won there last year shortly before there brilliant run.

I just said Forster wasn't a priority where as the other 3 positions most defiantly are if we want to compete at Anfield.

Feel we need a centre back, attacking player and striker in before the start of the season. For me Forster isn't a priority and Boruc is more than capable. Rojo, Belhanda and Chicarito would do nicely.... here's to wishful thinking! :poundit:

So slightly adjusted the mock up away kit I posted. Would be happy with something like this for the away strip. I really liked last years black one.

Found this mock up whilst scouring the web. Obviously nike won't be the brand but I quite like the concept but i'd prefer black shorts. The away kit is very nice too apart from the veho on the shoulders.
