I don't believe anything I read in the papers. Most the time they have no clue. I don't think Shaw is likely to go, we have a great team at the moment and are going places, he knows that and he knows he features in the future. He has only just put pen to paper too and had the chance to leave before that- but he didn't. Fingers crossed this is just paper dribble.

I know prices always go up but I'm not happy that the price has gone up AGAIN. when will prices hit the ceiling or become unaffordable for normal fans. We are not millionaires and £709 is a lot of cash!

We need stability. NC has always acted with the best interests of the club and has played a huge part in our success from League 1 to Premiership. I hope he stays and that the owners support him in it. There seems little point in the selling the club at the moment as they have put so much investment in place for the future. Yes this does make it an appealing purchase but it doesn't make good business sense.

I don't think he will go. Markus had faith in him and he has no reason to leave. We have had a successful season as we prepare for our 2nd year back. The key was survival this year-done. Now lets build on that. Cortese knows he is a huge part of the club and personally I think it would be devastating if he left. We could end of with another Rupert Lowe and look where that got us last time. IN CORTESE WE HOPE AND TRUST.

I agree. Football in general is too expensive. You look at United, arsenal, city etc they all pay ridiculous amounts for tickets meaning a lot of them (especially utd) are tourist fans. We need to keep the ticket price reasonable so that normal fans can come not just those who have a lot of dispensable cash.

I sort of agree but also think the tickets should be accessible by all fans not just those with disposable income. I don't think you understand my point really.

My suggestion is not that we currently have a half filled stadium, it is my concern that if prices inflate we will end up with this.

I have been a season ticket holder for the last 2 years and have been very regular attendee for 20+ years. I agree the prices are too expensive as they are but I will be getting mine again next year. I agree with previous comments and would say surely it is better to sell tickets at a lesser price and fill the stadium rather than having a half filled stadium. Would be nice to see a bit of a price drop or at least stay the same. With current climate unfortunately the club will have to realise it is (for most) a luxury that people may choose to go without.
