what is the problem. there is a 4 week window in january for clubs to evaluate their squads the only real issue (IMO) is that the summer window should shut the friday night before the 1st game of the season

because I can post on this thread. Just wanted to force my views on you all

I do not see a problem in the transfer window. allows people to buy and sell players

well, as we know, teams down the bottom will go for it from the off. if we can keep them quiet in the first 15-20 mins. we should win but it does not always work out that way

it is a boring, crap sport. I heard on the radio that it is the most watched sporting event of the year... but then, on saturday, the same channel (talksport) said that at least 6x as many people would have watched the chelsea v city game

he isnt miles away from boruc. Boruc is good for an injury for 6-7 games a season. and I also watched all the goals (for and against) from last season and boruc let in some shockers!!!

A couple of time crosses were put in and fabianski was able to step out and claim them. a couple of them were ripe for someone to attack the near post. he just stood there. Also, a few times in the box he will try and bring the ball down (when heavily marked)....instead of attacking the ball with his head like he did at newcastle (where he hit the bar) maybe it is the fact he gets almost no rest in the fixtures and is battered all game...we really need another like him

I agree with you on many points with JWP but in the premier league, that was an easy chance.

well, get used to it as the academy is a huge part of our club and he is here to stay. More so when we will bring in loans and lesser known players to go with him.... JWP is a very good player who is going to play for england in the next few years

is pelle carrying a knock? seemed to expect the ball to be crossed to his standing position a couple of decent crosses put in and he just really stood there instead of attacking the ball/getting ahead of the keeper great performance 1st half. should have been 2-0 up really. shyte 2nd half and Koeman made us worse with the substitution.
