  1. I said this to someone the other day on here, was flabbergasted at their attitude towards a manager who has an outstanding record.
  2. If a player refuses to play for us, then we should get rid, I think that's a reasonable opinion for you to have.
  3. Oh god, are you going to start following me around again are you? Didn't take you long did it?
  4. Cortese's *****.
  5. Any quoted from Lallana, or is this more of the anti-Saints bias setup by Ben Smith and helped along by Adam Blackmore.
  6. We won't sell him until the new manager comes in, surely, plus he is preparing to play in the world cup.
  7. Ha, no he doesn't, he at least mentions her though. Strange that he didn't even mention NC.
  8. Is it just me or did he not thank Cortese? Yet thanked KL. Guess thse rumours of him being forced out in Jan against his will could be true.

  10. So what other graduates do you expect to see in the first team then?
  11. I wouldn't play Cork ahead of Ward Prowse.
  12. For next season. Ignore the fact that we'd have at least 3 on the bench (Chambers, Reed, Gallagher), and I presume Chambers would probably play a number of games. What other 3 academy players do you expect to see playing in the first team next season?
  13. This is me banking on Koeman coming, but if we managed to bring him in as Manager I don't see why not.
  14. It doesn't surprise me you don't rate him.
  15. --------------Marshall--------------- Clyne----Lovren----De Vrij----Kolodziejczak --------Ward Prowse----Wanyama-------- ------Firmino----Ramirez----Depay------- ----------------Lukaku------------------ Players in: Marshall - £8m De Vrij - £11m Kolo - £8m Depay - £13m Firmino - £15m Lukaku - £19m 3 – 4 squad players at £3m per player. Players Out: Lallana - £22.5m Shaw - £30m Lambert - £4.5m Schneiderlin - £18m Net Spend: £10m If this represented our Summer I’d be pretty happy.
  16. Fair play Rickie, best of luck son!
  17. And all of this on the back of not waiting to see who our new manager is, and his aspirations for Lallana's role at the team.
  18. Also, who was he phoning, on a Sunday? It's off-season and a Sunday whilst he's off with the England squad preparing for the World Cup? Surely they wouldn't be expecting a call, he's about to play in the biggest tournament in his life.
  19. Absolutely. I want to see him in the team more next season, which may well happen (if Schneiderlin leaves).
  20. Also, what have I said there that is untrue? I am happy to hold my hands up and say I'm wrong but he isn't providing enough information for me to think he's not using a massive amount of hyperbole in this situation.
  21. So why were none of the unsettled players brought up in the interview with RK? Why will he not expand on his point as to WHY the players are unhappy on Twitter when asked? He engages in conversations, and then ignores when he doesn't like the line of questions. He has been massively inconsistent in this, and that's why I don't trust him. He also did the same in January when Cortese left, and nothing happened then. Considering the amount of people that are saying our board need to be transparent, I am flabbergasted that you don't want that from journalists that are being pretty damn derogatory about our club and board. Completely hypocritical.
  22. I have no doubt that he wants to leave. None whatsoever. However, I don't believe that he would personally be calling 'board members'. As Blackmore has consistently said on Twitter, the only person to deal with footballing matters is Les Reed, so I am confused as to why he would phone board members (plural)when they have nothing to do with accepting an offer.
  23. Newcastle were worse in my opinion. Meulensteen screwed them and after that they had no chance.
  24. Why? He has a superb managerial record. He won 3 Bundesligas, 2 with Bayern, and one with Wolfsburg in 2009 for the first time in their history. here are the teams he's managed up to taking over at Fulham: 1995–1997 Hamburger SV 1997–1998 1. FC Nürnberg 1998–1999 Werder Bremen 1999–2001 Eintracht Frankfurt 2001–2004 VfB Stuttgart 2004–2007 Bayern Munich 2007–2009 VfL Wolfsburg 2009–2011 Schalke 04 2011–2012 VfL Wolfsburg I think you're utterly mental if you don't think he's a good manager because he couldn't keep a **** Fulham team up.
