One thing I do agree with Duncan is, Southampton have been mismanaged on and off the field this season. Take a look at the Premier League table, I'm now getting worried.

First there was Oscar, yesterday Payet, today Costa. The Chinese are coming. Maybe in the long, long term it could be good for the English game, let all the foreigners go off to China and stay there. They, in the first place came to the Premier League for the money, so let the mercenaries sod off to China and let's bring the British players through.

Great memories to thread. I worked with John Titheridge briefly at Caustons, a printing company in Eastleigh, opposite the old Pirellis factory in Leigh Road. Could not believe seeing him walk in on his first day! Would love to catch up with him if anyone knows where he is.

Anyone remember him, real name John Titheridge, I used to work with him at Caustons in Eastleigh. He was the 'original Saints hooligan' way back in the 60s. He wore a white builders helmet and was literally marched to the ground up Millton Road with about 50 mates with a police escort! True! In those days at The Dell, the Saints fans stood right in the middle of Milton Road with Dougal right in the centre with his white helmet. Think that was is calling card! The away fans were always there earlier towards the left at Milton Road. Then Dougal would enter Milton Road and heaved in to the away supporters and it kicked off all through the game. The crowd were chanting, 'Dougal, Dougal'!!! It was pretty ugly at the time. Then it all kicked off again after the game down Hill Lane. Memories?

There is clearly something not right. Puel looks out of his depth now. I just can't see him lasting until the end of the season. Poch and Koeman at least ruled the dressing room. Ralph is a ruthless person and I'm sure he will act before it's too late.

Ha ha, great comment about his hair! I always get there early, as my ticket is in The Chapel I watch the goalkeepers warm up straight away. There seems to be no dialogue at all when they warm up. Same old up and down waving arms between touchlines and then a few sprints. Three goalkeepers take turns to go in goal, where Dave Watson kicks the ball as hard as he can against them. Each time he brushes his fringe away! Just watch!

Seen lots of comments about Fraser's form. His kicking is woeful at the moment and for me he seems very static and a bit low on confidence. Dave Watson, goalkeeping coach and former goalkeeping coach of England, it's your job to put this right.

Does the blackbox tell us we need, not one, but two world class goal scorers and a provider.
