Once they all "do a Pompey" we (Shef United, Brighton, Watford with 20m players) can be in the top 10 Until clubs below us show more ambition again of course.

Appreciate the need for squad rotation and giving those on the edges a chance but some EPL clubs over do it and exit the cup very early. Frustrating and we've done similar over the years. Glad Ralph has taken it more seriously

Agreed... A night we will never forget. Will admit I have at times been critical of saints fans, frustrated with the apparent silence during the Les Reed decline and while we applauded the player sales. However after last night I realised (thankfully) that this forum no longer represents or reflects the saints fans in anyway anymore. The support was loud, passionate and a real credit to SFC. Absolute pleasure to be part of it all and I'll be making more effort now to attend more games. Already looking at Man city and Arsenal away fixtures.
