  1. Yes it was. WH looked good, sako and Valencia both excellent.
  2. With the confidence flowing through this side, I could see 3 home goals, as long as the stokie animals don't revert to gbh. Tbh the only thing I want to see is Shawcross getting sent off, as he deserves it every week.
  3. Luke has progressed from the senior England team to the under 21's, and from premier league dynamo to ManU's bench warming scapegoat. Guess he has plenty of cash for takeaways now, but he wasn't exactly on a paupers wage with us.
  4. Hilarious
  5. We should make him an honorary saints fan, he clearly wants to be Good review, always entertaining.
  6. 2 liverpool players in the totw? joke, sterling was so-so, and how you can pick a defender who shipped 2 goals is beyond me.
  7. I know we have all seen this, but how could his quality have ever been in doubt after stats like these... http://www.givemesport.com/485223-ronald-koeman-lures-graziano-pelle-to-southampton
  8. I think the point here is that from the replay, it appears the defender changed the direction of the ball (so it would have been saved off the line) and then knocked it with his ankle, which put it back on goal again.
  9. Totally agree. Horrible place, nasty team. All about brute force.
  10. Dammit we should have a sarcasm font
  11. Such a horrible team, full of cloggers. Expect a couple of injuries from this one. They defend very well down the centre, but look vulnerable out wide. Hopefully this bodes well for tadic / pelle / long / mane
  12. Just heard his post match press conference, he's got to go soon. Incoherent, sounded half cracked. He said he can't play Taarabt because he's '3 stone overweight'. Lol http://www.getwestlondon.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/astonishing-attack-adel-taarabt-qpr-7961136
  13. Then to now. Incredible.

No I'm not looking to supplement my income, just making an observation. Academy lads, conspicuous by their absence from both the starting line up, and the bench (Reed being the exception). We had a strong starting eleven, and a strong bench, but it feels a different approach from last year, when the goal appeared to be starting academy players whenever possible. So is this a a symptom of the summer losses, an indication of a more calculated approach to league success, an indication of the strength in depth we now possess, or something else entirely?
  16. Lol, he called himself 'king of assists' in his post match interview. But tbh he is, so fair play
  17. Tadic was my FF vice captain, luckily Costa didn't play, so 40 points for me
  18. Sports nation have the game as video on demand, so you can re-live the glory
  19. Guess Sunderland no longer have one of the meanest defences in the league then? Lol
