  1. Born in Portsmouth, but parents are from Liverpool makes her Liverpudlian.....lol
  2. you'd be too tired after picking her spots to **** it. The air brush may have been invented to make this one look good for a lads mag
  3. Who? does that mean Deppo can return
  4. If all the titles of NI are brought down by this scandal, who in the end does this serve best? The politicians and celebs who are living sordid lives will be able to hide behind privacy bills. To me if you have nothing to hide, why worry if anyone is listening in. The problem IMo was not the tapping but who was tapped into, until it was found out that the Soham girls family etc were listenied into most couldn't give a flying f###.
  5. Lol and isnt amusing the link you posted has the first quote of you saying you never disappeared when things got bad. Yet again you are back now things are looking up. You can say what you like but we know you werer bigging it up and believed a lot of your links to players. As you now are back again, can we assume your mum or wife have now allowed you to have a computer back and can use it as long as you eat your tea. You are so easy to easy to assess. You were a bullied child, no friends, a chip on both shoulders, can't take any criticism, a bit of a loner,in fact at work you would be seen as a real life David Brent.
  6. you are right he was wrong appointing him in the first place. As for the date I dont go with that quite so much. Under Thatcher ,it was the early days of people recognising the Suns power. Yes there were ties but unlike under the leadership of Blair etc, as soon as a transgression was made the person was out. Much to the political cost to the Tories. Parkinson a top Allie to MT, was sacked due to an affair with his secretary, that is nothing to what went on in the later governments and would hardly make the papers now. Mandelson and co were IMO reinstated and defended for much worse. The political spin at the time was supported by Blairs friendship with the Sun etc. Iam not saying the Tories from 79 did not cosy up to the Murdochs but it was not the first priority, as in later days, as with the Suns support you were elected. Too much power and influence was wielded by Murdoch and I for 1 was never comfortable with that. Phil was right when he says looking in from abroad we do look a very corrupt nation, a very sad indictment of the new Britain.
  7. Cameron was foolish keeping Coulson on, but I dont think any of the past Pm's have anything to be proud about on this subject. He admits that the politicians were too kenn to get RM's vote to get the nations ones. Bad judgement has been rife at the top since 1997
  8. because nobody reads this thread who is of an argumentative nature Alrite!!!!
  9. no not a diseased view just on old mind. lol Is journalism still such an honorable trade? Was it ever? I have no doubt the integrity of many has been besmirched by the few.
  10. Where/how did you get that info? 1367 posts just to tell you all that 'Pompey will get away with it' If only you had agreed Lol
  11. Lol, I might thing twice about it now. Although in Salisbury they are behaving themselves
  12. That's right, you are correct.
  13. I asked a Welshman how many times he had made love, as he counted he fell to sleep
  14. I take my hat off to any journalist who finds corruption. I suspect all newspapers use dubious ways to get information. The NOTW overstepped the boundaries. I can't recall the whole Nixon thing but was not there a break in to get that information ?
  15. Hamster behave, all this class stuff is a nonsense and its time people stopped holding onto the working class stuff. The bin man when i was a kid was looked at as being for the underachievers at school and in a way looked on with a bit of mirth. In those days they would have to walk to your back garden lift up a metal dustbin , full of rotten food etc, rarely cleaned out. Then they would struggle with 1 or 2 of those , empty them out and then carry them back to the back garden. Now we roll them out on wheels while the dustcart leisurely drives door to door for the men to wheel them to the lifter that mechanically lifts and pours the sorted contents into the rear. The bin then is rolled back to the gate. It is not a job that only the school underachievers want anymore. It is a fairly well rewarded job and apparently not long hours, and at christmas we always generously reward them again with tax free tips. It is a very important job, there is no doubt about that.
  16. you were one of my English teachers, by any chance?
  17. if they only have that squad when we play them they will be shot and we would beat them. If they strengthen that squad then they will be a decent side.
  18. walked through Southampton high street and was embarrassed to see the streets littered with bottles cans and takeaway boxes. If society perhaps were more vigilant with their rubbish we might need less binmen. I know there is a strike but there are emergency bins provided to take the mess. How the passengers from one of the worlds most exclusive liners made of the state of our city when the ship docked this week. We have friends from Russia visiting and they were shocked how bad it was.Not good publicity for our city. I licve away from Southampton but my understanding is that the council have asked for a 5% pay cut to stop redundancies, is that correct\?
  19. thats Ok if you understand such things. I myself am not a technology savvie person and so find all thise things very difficult to set up.
  20. I dont see what all the fuss is about re Phils post. He was only relaying a scenario. I dont think he said it 100% correct, a possible way. Personally I believe RM has too much power, and this may turn out to be a good thing. Blair and Brown danced to his tune and the ConLibs knew they had to to gain power. This is not something that is good for any of us.
  21. I dont suppose any of us lapped up the scandal over the years lol. The phone-hacking of certain people was scandalous but no doubt it also found some bad uns in its time. I read it (no surprise there )and prefer it to Mirror/ People etc. The Guardian readers , our pillars of society will of course rejoice but they are the ones who proclaim freedom of speech and then want to shout down everyone else, as they are of course correct.
  22. I have just cancelled my adwords. It has become very expensive for the words i require. My website has become more important as time goes on but the cost of Adwords to what it gains is becoming inbalanced. Be careful of SEO companies, a lot don't deliver what they promise.
  23. I was told he was at the beach the other day lying down and water was spouting from his navel
  24. My mother in law would have a better than evens chance to chase him. If we get him, i will seriously doubt what is going on
  25. the bottle (drunken mix) was a the song at the clubs when I was single, had my first dance with my wife to it as well
