Has any creditable journo commented on us actually making any bids? Only mention of us that I’ve seen has been from the likes of The Sun, nothing reputable. Romano has seemed to only suggest Atalanta and that he wants to move there. I think the deal is too pricey for us (certainly until we’ve sold some of the dross / KWP) and we’re not in the picture.

I’m pretty confident Bednarek will sign an extension - Martin seemed to hint at it the other day and he’s in a lot of the pre-season video action. KWP ain’t signing another one. We desperately need the money to reinvest.
