I agree with the above if we try and replicate the same approach next season. At least limit the incoming of potential youth talent to say 3 players and the rest of the signings have to have some sort of experience to lead / mentor...

To be honest last couple of seasons I have lost interest in football. Especially the Premier league it's just full of Oil Clubs 🛢.. As for us being relegated couldn't really care less the writing has been on the wall it was inevitable really. Now is the opportunity you would think to reset and clear the decks. But with Sports Republic and Rasmus the 🤡 at the helm could easily see us free falling because of further stupid decisions and egos....

Well that's that then cigars and brandy ahoy chaps! Writing has been on the wall this season has been a royal cluster fack of decision making. Time for certain board members to look themselves in the mirror put the egos to the side and realise that they are not as amazing and clever as they think they are...... Time for a mass clearout on all levels starting at board level downwards time for a proper reset. Get a new new manager, coaches and instill a football philosophy and set the standards across all levels.... We also need leaders on the pitch and a sprinkling of experience! lessons must be learnt and the youth simply cannot do it all they need guidance and mentorship! Onwards !

Who would you like to see in the first team next season? Keep the lineup realistic Ultimate fantasy scenario keep Lavia for one more season. Bazunu, Tella, Smallbone, Alcarez, Sulemana, Bednerek, Stephens, livramento, Perraud, Edozie Ballard + Doyle Mara and a new striker Walcot maybe for one more season. And bring in some experience another Def Mid, centre back.

I'd like to see us build around Tella, Sulemana, Alcaraz, Livramento, Smallbone, Bazunu Develop Doyle, Ballard Bring in a Def Mid with experience someone who doesn't mess about and can lead. Strikers Mara and try and keep Onuachu I reckon he could offer user something if willing to stay. If we can't keep Onuachu then Mara, Ballard and go and get another with a good record at this level. Keep Bednerek and Stephens and possibly Lyanco I reckon he could do a jog in champ and strengthen with another experienced defender.

I'd take Vieria especially with the Wilcox history

In all honesty it feels like the soul has been ripped out of our club. I was optimistic when Sports Republic purchased us and had plans about a multi club model with us as fhe focal point. I was hesitant about the Gung Ho approach to signing young players to mould and to develop to eventually profit and resell. Majority of the fanbase could see that in order to put up a fight in the Premiership we would also need a few experienced heads to mentor said younger players. As fans we have collectively witnessed a domino effect of poor decision making and risk taking. ⚽️ Not backing Ralph with the tools required such as a Ings / Broja replacement and creativity. ⚽️ Signing Bazunu and throwing him in the deep end as a regular starter. Experienced keepers were avaliable... ⚽️ Letting Romeu go with out a experienced like for like replacement. Vital cog in spine of our team. ⚽️ Hiring Nathan Jones and wasting the mini break which was a perfect opportunity to regroup, recharge and win some upcoming winnable games. ⚽️ January signings and panic buys Orsic? Onuachu? What was the point? ⚽️ Hiring Selles after one game ⚽️ Realising Selles is horribly out of depth.... I'm sure more poor decions were made but the board seriously need to save face and take some form of accountability because it has been a disaster...
