I reckon we need to go back to basics stop looking for future prospects and get in some much needed experience. We need some leaders with grit and steel when the going gets tough because in all honesty our heads drop when under the cosh. Need to build a solid spine some big unit at the back and same in def / midfield I feel currently the two main issues are: Midfield is to lightweight and powder puff gets overrun easy. For the pressing game Uncle Ralph wants to play our center backs need to have some form of mobility and pace they need to be able to transition quickly....... i'm sorry but our center backs having the turning circles of oil tankers the statistics don't lie folks either two 9-0s, goals being smashed in left right and center against us..... Forget the attacking players we need to build from the back and learn how to become hard to beat this includes actually bringing in a half decent keeper. Coaching setup also needs addressing desperately I heard a rumour that Kelvin is instructing our strikers to finish? Well that's half the problem then isn't it lol need a proper capable coaching team assembled. Highlights for me this season: Tella, Phillips, Adams, Armstrong, Prowse for free kicks, Romeu, Salisu possibly Ings when he is interested. Closing Thoughts: Sell Redmond for 5 seasons now we have had him run towards the opposition only for him to recycle the ball backwards surely we can aim higher than this?,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Squad selection again was baffling hasn't he not worked out that Redmond is utterly crap and offers nothing..... Adams holds up the ball well but as a striker at this level I'm sorry but it's goals and finishing that counts so what was the logic of having Adam's and Redmond up top together? am I missing something here.....I You watch Ings and the body language when he came on having can tell he is frustrated playing alongside these muppets...... Can't blame him when he leaves because he will be off...... My thoughts and players who i do not rate; Redmond to inconsistent at this level has been here a few seasons now can't see him suddenly improving. Bertrand to slow what we need is somebody like walker peters on the left somebody young can run with the ball and has plenty of energy. Walcott if we can get him on a free and with suitable wage demands ok if not forget about for me to inconsistent. Ings no point fighting a loast cause if he wants out let him go and rebuild. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Need: New Striker apart from Ings are strikers couldn't score in a brothel...... Left back youthful has alot of energy and can hit the ground running similar mould to walker peters. Right back cover for walker peters scout the championship secure best young talent we can find as a understudy for Peters. minamino takumi to play as number 10 if we can get him for the right price or another creative player who can finish. So yeah depending on whether we ship out Bertrand that's 4 players minimum

I 100% agree with you was going to say this myself he is just way to inconsistent sure you might get the odd bit of brilliance once or twice a season but agreed him and Redmond when they play amount of times they give the ball away and both are frustrating to watch! My takeaway It’s like we are afraid to attack even when we are at an advantage with numbers on the pitch watching the game you can see hesitation and apprehension is this because of the spanking we received last game the lads are a bit reluctant to go full gung ho in case we are countered? Lost count of the amount of times I’m sat there going shoot! For god sakes pull the trigger but no it’s either a extra silly touch or playing silly buggers…….. I am glad somebody else has mentioned Redmond he is absolutely terrible doesn’t dribble with the ball or take players on just seems to play the easy backwards balls which creates a lot of pressure by the opposition. I’d be tempted to sell him in the summer has been here a few seasons now and has done nothing….. Ings not sure what is going on he just looks a bit crap in recent games not the same player head turned? Not up to speed? Reluctant to go full pelt because of potentially getting injured? Tactics and game management was shocking like a lot of people have said you are up against 9 men go for the jugular! Not sit around knocking the ball about slowly …….. Moussa should of came on a lot quicker! Embarrassing performance….
