  1. I agree with the post about having too much mincers in our team currently. It's the same old story soon as the opposition score the heads drop and we fold like deck chairs on the Titanic. Our midfield is Powder puff all you have to do is fart to bypass it..... What we need is a few tough tackling no nonsense hard bstsrds to come in and sort this squad of wet tarts out.... First priority for me would be a defensive midfielder who has some sort of presence and leadership about them.
  2. They would be nearly dying after a game with the clowns we currently have 🤣🤣🤣
  3. Top priorities for me would be: A defensive midfielder someone who is experienced a leader with a bit of grit and steel about them and can actually pass a football forwards... think Romeu or Wanyama in a similar mould. A Striker prefably Ings or Wood or loan that's the calibre we need someone who is proven at this level failing that a bid for that lad at Genk who would give us a focal point. Any cash left over then a Creative player to link the midfield. Recall Bednerek incase Salisu is off Recall Tella to give us another option. Sell or offload: Lavia if the money is good to turn down take it and reinvest in the top 3 priorities I listed. Walcott waste of wages Adam Armstrong hopeless at this level..... Ely, Djenepo, if a club came in for either I'd get rid both are crap That's my plan Mid table here we come haha 😄
  4. https://ibb.co/2kWBH2M I would take it back to basics and go with a 4-4-2 I couldn't find Edozie in the database so swap Ely with him. I'd play Stuart Armstrong and Aribo from get go with Aribo instructed to run and support the strikers. Prowse on the right wing, Edozie on the left whip the balls into the box. I would also start Mara up top with Adams why? Because Armstrong is useless and I think Mara technically has something about him. Conclusions Jesus our squad is weak how the hell did we end up in this predicament? Desperately crying out for a tough tackling ho nonsense def mid.... oh that's right we had one 🤣🤣🤣
  5. Adam Armstrong, Moussa, Aribo, Maitland Niles , Lyanco, Perraud, Ely, Bazunu , Walcott I'd even chuck in Ward Prowse with the above. Are pretty inconsistent and don't really offer much at this level I wouldn't be fussed if we get rid of any of them and rebuild.
  6. So what have we been working on? Because we look worse than we did under Ralph....... First half today I was actually scratching my head thinking what is the actual gameplay? Brighton in comparison were stringing passes together and out maneuvering our lack of midfield. Why we appointed Jones I cannot say I don't know much about the guys credentials or background I'm all for giving people a chance. The squad also needs major work. You look at the team on paper and how weak it is how did we get in such a position? Madness
  7. I'm usually optimistic but that was absolutely abysmal. What is our gameplan? Our midfield is non existant and is getting overrun... Only highlight is watching the comedy value of Lyanco trying to defend. Absolute woeful why did we appoint Jones? Lol
  8. Bunch of melts on here least give the man 10 games 🎮
  9. In all honesty if he gets the goals and gives us another outlet up top as a target man. I'm all for it and it makes sense. Experienced in the league can hit the ground running and is capable of scoring at this level. What are the alternatives? Bring in another Armstrong from the championship and hope they can play at this level... Or get someone in from abroad and wait until they adjust... We need immediate impact and Wood is exactly that 👌
  10. Squad majorly needs surgery Adam Armstrong, Walcot, Maitland, Can all go Target man striker that lad at Genk in Paul Onuachu or similar attributes similar to Pelle Creative Tadic Number 10 a player who actually is capable of unlocking oppositions back lines. The above two players we cannot afford to be clever in our approach. 20 Million each maybe more get it done..... Our Premiership status depends on getting the above two incomings spot on......
  11. AMM and Adam.Armstrong are not premiership capable players both offer nothing and both need to go in January... How many years have we been in the Premiership I can't fathom how we have such a crap./ weak squad across all areas... What the hell have we been doing ? 🤣🤣🤣
  12. Well that was a cringe video 🤣 I get the same vibe where is the urgency and enthusiasm from our players ? They look like they have s##t the bed body language wise....
  13. Get Wanyama back could do with a Unit like that
  14. So that's Elijah Adebayo and Ryan Fraser in then..... Calling it now who's gonna buy me a can of pop if I'm correct 🤣🤣
  15. I'm feeling optimistic infact I reckon we will finish mid table. Will strenghtnen in Jan obviously.
  16. Just like saints not enough grit or steel or bard hastards in the team....
  17. Gakpo or Ramos 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Get back to reality lads we are heading to the Championship not Champions league Got more chance of signing Andy Caroll on loan Jesus wept!
  18. I'd go with: Paul Onuachu the striker at Genk good record in the Belgium 🇧🇪 league. Is like 6.7 so would give us a solid focal point at top. Can actually head a football also.. Or I would try and lure Tammy Abraham yes it's ambitious doable? Probably not.. As for another forward / Mid I would look at Justin Kluivet
  19. ( Fantasy Scenario ) The board have green lit the arrival of two players to strengthen. Keep targets realistic who would you bring in and why?
  20. No Ballard? Well that's a tad disappointing he is better than Walcot 🤣
  21. No I'm saying give Morgan a run out and see how he fares.... can't be any worse than the crap we have up top currently....
  22. Selling Romeu without a suitable experienced replacement a stupid decision. Not properly replacing Danny Ings and starting this season with a Striker who is proven at this level or similar another stupid decision. I look at the squad Where is the creativity? What player is also capable of scoring on a consistent basis? Adam Armstrong - no end product Che Adams - Needs 10 chances Ward Prowse - backwards passing specialist.... Elyonoussi - not sure what he offers Walcott - Past it Aribo - not impressed so far ................................. Going forwards I would. Least get Jay Morgan a run out against weaker teams can't be any worse than what we have. Get a Targetman in mentioned it numerous times until I am blue in the face we are crying out for a focal point. That 6.7 lad at Genk who is banging them in would be my pick. Make room for a tricky, creative midfielder who can actually link up the attack I don't care if it means shipping out Adam Armstrong, Elyonoussi, Walcott or Djenepo just clear the decks and bring a upgrade in.... If we fail to do any of the above or similar we are in the Championship dress it up all you want.
  23. Ox back? What has he done in the last few seasons..... I'd rather get a creative attacking player who produces on a regular basis
  24. I'd keep him and make him captain only player we have with a bit of guile, heart and passion
  25. Given it some thought and couldn't give a damm either way infact last couple of seasons Premier league football has lost it's attraction and appeal. I've slowly been losing interest same as International football it's a world up? Meh couldn't give a toss As people have said previously sooner the Oil clubs form a new league the better they are killing football.
