I am glad we are addressing the lack of height and physicality in this team. For me it stood out like a sore thumb last season. By getting some units in it would make us more of a threat especially on set pieces 👍

To be fair Smallbone has looked like one of the best players in preseason I think we would be silly to get rid even on a loan..

Just a bit of fun to tide is over Fantasy Scenario after a meeting with the Sports Republic setup they have ordered you to continue the rebuild. They have said they can allow up to five more incomings to strengthen across the team. Who do you bring in and why? How would they hopefully improve the team? Keep it realistic lads and within a Saintsy budget. 👍

For me we are lacking cutting edge up top and in midfield. If we don't invest properly we might aswell prepare for the Championship. Need a marquee striker signing somebody who is strong / targetman type. A creative player capable of linking the attack thing a younger version of Tadic is such a thing exists. And someone like Delap or Vale in in loan. Job done

Danny Ings and 20 million on new striker. Attacking midfielder creative player similar mould to Tadic. Another centre back personally I'd like to see somebody experienced and a leader. Anything else would be a bonus. Using the above swap out Ings for Delap on loan. But the other striker we need to invest properly. Broja aside who else fits the mould? And actually can score in the premier league? I can't think of anyone..... Anyways that's how I would end the window anything else is a bonus.
