Can only see relegation myself whole club needs a overhaul..Anyone players wise who isn't commited needs to be sold same as the players who are continuously offering nothing. Coaches need to be brought in and we need to ditch Kelvin Davis I think he sides with the players and adds to the toxicity....plus as a coach he is crap look at our goalkeepers..... Bertrand hasn't offered anything for the last few seasons always looks.miserable when I see him sell! Redmond,Ings,Djenpo, Boufal, Romeu, Adams, McCarthy, Bednerek. For me are the future the rest I couldn't care less about they offer nothing... Demote players to U23 sell the rest and change the transfer policy to allow experienced incomings.

Our whole transfer philosophy needs to change. forget polishing younger players. We need experienced lads with grit and determination. I said get Cahill but the wet fannies on here threw toys out pram.... He is exactly what we were and still are crying out for an experienced player who can organise and lead.... This whole over reliance on the youth needs to stop until we can at least finish mid table comfortably and can actually produce a clean sheet once in a while...

My ideal solution would be for Kat to take Gao to court and regain 100% ownership of Southampton. As a gesture to fans and loyal supporters admit things didn't work and stick 100 million of her own cash into a kitty to stable the ship. Hire new coaches and a director of football. Keep Ralph but it's time to cut the rotten apples and played power from the club..... Time for the overpaid egos to go. Then find a long term investor who actually wants to take us forward.

i also get the vibe behind the scenes things are not rosy at Saints. Ralph's demeanour seems a bit off the last few times I have seen him during interviews.

Our defence and midfield are weak.... What we need is leaders and players with a bit of steel and grit about them who's heads won't drop when the going gets tough. I got ridiculed on here previously! but someone like Cahill and even a punt on a Wanyama type unit of a signing to shield the back line is exactly what we were crying out for. What's the point in strengthening up the top of you are frankly stuck with a bunch of bottlers who cannot defend or keep a clean sheet. The average crap such as Stephens, Vest, Hoijberg, Gunn, Prowse.... Offer nothing should be dropped or sold... Rant over!

To the person who said play Valery should play in midfield or the wing I agree he is a good dribbler and least he can beat a man I'd be tempted to try it against a weaker opponent.

The trouble is we are stuck with a squad full of average dross. Now some of these players haven't turned it on with the previous four manager's what makes you think suddenly some of these lads can be considered " premiership players " or " World beaters" The reality is they are weak minded and not up to it..... We have a average team! Transition period it will take a few seasons to proper gut and rebuild by that time we may be dead and buried in the championship....

Never rated him I have seen lads at 5 aside able to pass a football better... Overrated by many I call it how it is he is crap and offers nothing... Change my mind.
