Exclusivity is not automatic for £500,000

there are comments on most threads saying that if someone else turns up with £500,000 then they now get exc bidding rights.

That is not the case.

There were several bidders talking the talk and Fry sought more commitment and requested the non-returnable deposit.

Now that period has elapsed he is at liberty to ask for it again however this is unlikely because;

1) Pinnacle would likely refuse and say we are about to complete

2) Fry would not ideally want another bidder as Pinnacle are not only weeks ahead of anyone else but have always been his preferred bidder.

It is not a right for any of the bidders to demand exc in return for the deposit just because he entered into that agreement once.

As far as I am concerned the only exclusivity deals that I want to see are:

1. SFC bought tomorrow by MLT and his buddies at Pinnacle,

2. Gordon Brown to **** off back to Scotland and leave us English alone,

3. The exclusive end to the Labour party ('new' or otherwise), to be replaced with a proper party of the workers.

4. All politicians to be exclusively shot - lying, cheating, whoring, thieving self-interested parasite c\/nts. All of them, without exception. ****ing useless waste of space.

5. Exclusively raise the national middle-finger to the European Union - more unelected, mini-hitlers all out to better themselves at our expense. worthless *****s.

6. Exclusively re-introduce corporal punishment for indolent 'yoof'.

7. Ditto 6) above, but for politically opressive non-job mini-dictators (of the sort who stop sad old women from putting up missing cat posters on trees.)

8. Exclusively tell the mohammedans to grow the **** up and integrate or **** off.

9. Exclusively roll back this insidious and corrupt ideology of 'Globalisation'. If we can do it, we should. We can't grow bananas so we trade for them, but we can have our own car industry and our own call centres.

10. Exclusively work out why I have gone off on a political rant at this time of the night and on such an unappropriate thread.

You might get some politically correct non violent critcism. I think you will ring a bell with a lot of people. Bringing back compulsory national service and the cane in schools plus the birch for violent offences would be a start.

After a referendum of course. Governments should have to have a constitution to govern which needs a referendum to change.
